Nothing better on the road by happy owners from Albuquerque on 04/28/2012. Trim: 2012 Ford Flex Limited AWD, Owned 1 year.

Pros: My wife and I have had our Flex for a year now and truly love this auto. Ford motor did a fantastic job of designing and building a wonderful car for all sorts of applications. We have taken our Flex cross country twice and got 24-25 mpg running about 75-80 mph with no worries and the car handles great. It's extremely comfortable and I'm a big guy at 6'3" and weighing 250 lbs I can sit in the second row and feel like I'm at home on my couch. The sound system is great and we love the navigation with touch screen and the Ecoboost motor is nothing short of a rocket ship. We have a 2010 model so it has a few miles on it and totally trouble free.
Cons: There is nothing not to like about this vehicle................
Overall review: We would and have told everyone who asks, "go drive one and you'll understand". All of our friends love this car and we would recomend that if your interested in buying an suv you should look at the Flex before you purchase anything made by any other manufacturer, Ford hit a home run with this one.

Flex: An extraordinary adult hauler by Craig, Houston, Texas on 10/09/2011. Trim: 2012 Ford Flex Limited AWD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: The Flex package creates extraordinary room, excellent performance, and quality all in an exterior that is unappealing to some. The interior was designed for adults, with more than adequate room for big guys (ex football player sized), and great comfort. Mileage, in the city, is in the 19 to 20 mpg range with the Ecoboost 3.5L V-6. Performance is far superior to anything else in it's class. The Flex will leave many sports cars and sedans in it's wake in the stoplight wars.
Cons: The electric steering seems the least bit vague in some manuevers. Other than than the Flex has no other apparent negatives.
Overall review: Room for large Men in all seating positions except the third row, more than an Escalade. Outstanding performance. Good Economy. Excellent fit and finish. Try the Ecoboost for a real thrill in a modern station wagon.

"The FLEXible Hauler" by John from Michigan on 05/11/2013. Trim: 2012 Ford Flex SEL FWD, Owned 2 years.
Useful?
Pros: My 2012 Flex SEL is spacious and comfortable with seat options that allow for ample cargo capacity.
Cons: The biggest drawback to owning this vehicle (other than the overall cost) is it's insatiable thirst for gas. When people ask me how I like my Flex, I tell them I sacrificed fuel economy for comfort. That about sums it up!
Overall review: Beautiful highway vehicle; spacious and comfortable, but if fuel if fuel economy is an issue for you personally, this would not be your vehicle of choice!

Ford Flex rides like a ungreased farm wagon! by roger on 02/15/2013. Trim: 2012 Ford Flex SEL AWD, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: finish no better than any other on market
Cons: it rides like a WWII military vehicle and I was there so I know--I have had many comfortable Fords in my life of 80 years, but find the Flex to ride really rough and feel every small bump in the road--I have 2600 miles on a 2013 and am trying to get rid of it!!!!!!!!!!!!---It beats my wife and I up on long trips!!!!! $43,000 paid for big disapointment!!!
Overall review: drive it a good distance before you buy it
