good car by westmi on 02/22/2012. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Traverse 1LT FWD, Owned 1 year.
Pros: @ 3500 miles/ 4 months good gas milage 24 hwy and 18 city, room for 4 adults, not real happy about getting baby seat in back seat,( we are grandparents) had to put pillow under baby seat in order for seat to be level, and seat back wont tilt back far (seven pass seating) enough. other that that we love the car ride like a bigger car, easy to enter and exit all 4 doors for a adult.
Cons: nothing yet
Overall review: we looked all makes and models for 5 weeks before picking this car

First Crossover After Years of SUVs by Father of Five from Redlands, CA on 07/12/2012. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT AWD, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Roomy, comfortable, well-designed, American-made, quality construction, styling, fuel economy, easy to drive, smooth/firm ride, 5 star safety and the 100,000 mile warranty is insane.
Cons: Wish the all wheel drive function were selectable rather than full-time and it had a trailer lighting receptacle already installed. That's it.
Overall review: This is our first crossover after many SUVs and pick-up trucks. What brought us to the dealership to test drive initially was the Traverse's styling. Once on the road, we loved the ride quality, roominess and acceleration. The Traverse has considerably more cargo space (even with third row) than a Tahoe without the poor fuel economy. Another cool feature is the totally flat floor behind the front seats. Since there is no driveshaft well in the middle of the cabin, third row passenger can easily take their seats without stumbling over anything. Can't say enough good things about this awesome Chevy Traverse.

Loves the Tow Truck! by An MSN Autos Consumer on 07/01/2012. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Traverse LS AWD, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great Gas mileage becasue it has been behind a tow truck more than I have drove it!
Cons: I have owned mine for 1.5 years and it has been in the Chevy Dealership for the 1 year of that time. Trouble with starting and dealership can't find the problem I have rode more in the tow truck than my traverse!!
Overall review: Makes a great place to plant your flowers!

Not Happy with Fuel Economy? by Connecticut on 02/25/2013. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Traverse 2LT AWD, Owned 2 years.
Pros: All wheel drive, nice options, comfortable
Cons: GAS MILAGE!!!! I am getting 9.5 in town and 13.7 highway. Do you think there is a problem? I think YES!!!!! I get better gas milage with my 2003 V8 Suburban than this so called " Modern Fuel Efficiency" vehicle. Any suggestions?
Overall review: Not happy with gas milage.

Very nice SUV !!! by Marcel on 05/27/2012. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Traverse.
Pros: For a 17/24 MPG SUV it was pretty much a gas-saving car. We drove from Florida to Virginia round trip, over 2,000 miles overall, and spent less than $300 in gas. I'm 5'9'' and 280 lbs guy that drove and sat in the back. I was pretty much comfortable (even good to take a good nap). Acceleration was excellent and so was the braking. Back doors are large, but that is what make it nice for the people on the 3 row to exit comfortably. Otherwise, it would not be as good as it was.
Cons: Handling: Very light handle, need to be careful as it is easy to loose control... especially on non-flat roads. Trunk space: While the three row seats are opened, trunk space is very very small (compared to mini-van). It was hard to fit the bags with a stroller.
Overall review: If for vacations (lot of time on the road and a lot of baggage) it was a pretty good SUV, it should be a much better deal without those constraints during daily use. Already looking to buy one for personal use.
