"Most Awesome Convertable Ever!" by Brenny in Florida on 03/29/2012. Trim: 2012 Volkswagen Eos Lux, Owned 1 year.
Pros: WE LOVE OUR EOS, IT HAS A SMOOTH RIDE, THIS IS OUR SECOND ONE WE HAVE BOUGHT AND THE GAS MILAGE IS GREAT ALSO. THE FRONT SEATS ARE WONDERFUL! AND WHO DON'T LOVE A CONVERTABLE AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON!
Cons: BACK SEAT SMALL BUT GREAT FOR 2 SMALL PEOPLE , ,NEEDS A BETTER LIGHT IN THE TRUNK, WOULD LOVE AUTOMATIC TRUNK CLOSING AND WOULD LOVE FOR THE FRONT SEATS TO RECLINE FURTHER FOR THOSE EVE WHEN YOU ARE PARKED AT THE BEACH LOOKING AT THE STARS COULD JUST LEAN BACK.
Overall review: HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS CAR TO SO MANY!

Great Car!! It won't be my last! by Elphaba, NJ on 05/01/2012. Trim: 2012 Volkswagen Eos Lux, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: I really love my new Eos. It is even better than I had hoped, as it is hard to tell from a 20 road trial before you buy. No regrets here!!
Cons: It would be nice to have a home link button, but I can live without it.
Overall review: Great Car!! It won't be my last!

BMW wannabe 2012 Eos Komfort by Dan on 11/04/2013. Trim: 2012 Volkswagen Eos Komfort, Owned 2 years.
Pros: Cool convertible top operation, handles like a BMW, cornering fog light feature, net that pops up to deflect wind, smoothness of cruise control, light bulb warning, the DSG blat (exhaust during shifts), climate control is easy to operate. Rollover bar, trunk opens with logo, still had the 6 disc cd changer but no USB port, doesn't hydroplane, expected revs at higher speed (75MPH 2500RPM), tire pressure warning, adjustable arm rest, tire wear is phenomenal with the amount of skids from sudden acceleration, steering wheel controls
Cons: Lack of 6MT, fuel economy, rear seat and trunk space, crash results, only drives well in sport and manual mode, brake wear and travel, obnoxious radio controls, terrible sound system, lack of automatic headlights, turn signal has the parking light feature but it is not activated, ride is super harsh on broken roads, ground clearance causes numerous driveway scrapes, should be rear wheel drive. A little underpowered, BMW has 230 HP, airbag mat in passenger seat needed replacement, no memory in drivers seat, manual passenger seat, major blind spot with top up, DRL cannot be deactivated. Separate bulbs for turn signals rear would be nice, tpms doesn't tell which tire
Overall review: Nice weekend car. Not made for NY and northern states. Extra caution pulling into driveways. Kids only back seat. Thirsty, fun, but not an every day vehicle. Oh the car rolls when you put it in park, and you're on an incline for about 6 inches. Apply the emergency brake to solve this. Make sure you shut off your lights, and ESC is not that intrusive if you make a sharp turn in the snow. There isn't a warning for the rear trunk tail lights, however the side tail lights do have a warning. Turn signal will flash 5x as fast if the bulb in either the mirror or front headlight burn out.
