Acura TSX 4-Cylindar Auto Review by Al on 08/01/2011. Trim: 2011 Acura TSX 5-Spd AT w/Tech Pkg, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: - bang for the buck - refined - reliable - standard options - Great handling potential with better tires
Cons: - loud factory tires w/little grip - numb steering - questionable front styling - busy interior
Overall review: This car is very reliable and the most of affordable of the pack. While the price of the vehicle is very competitive it does come at a cost (no pun intended). The TSX lacks the premium feel that other vehicles resonate in its class; however it does come just as well equipped for less. The ELS sound system available with the tech package is the best sounding stereo in its class and the navigation system is nice and easy to operate. The interior material quality is on par but it’s ruined by countless number of buttons and knobs. Dynamically, this vehicle is equipped with a refined powertrain and responsive transmission. It corners pleasantly without drama, yet its numb electric steering makes overall driving experience lifeless. As for a daily cruiser, the car is easy to drive around town with good overall visibility, quiet highway cruising and good gas mileage. All TSX models however require premium gas and factory tires are louder than expected on concrete and coarse pavement.

A lot of bang-for-the-buck by Car-crazed Pete on 05/12/2011. Trim: 2011 Acura TSX 5-Spd AT, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Fast acceleration from zero for a 4 cylinder, fast acceleration from rolling start as well, gorgeous interior, supple seats, sporty styling, very quiet cabin even at high speeds for an entry-level luxury vehicle, intuitive steering, even the basic model has a great sound system (a sub woofer is standard across all TSX models), for an entry-level luxury vehicle this car includes a lot of cool techy stuff, paddle shifters are standard across all TSX models, minimal body roll, really cool voice dialing and Bluetooth features, the mileage on the 4-cylinder 5AT model is commendable, conservative engine note; not too loud not too quiet, overall a lot of bang for the buck.
Cons: The seats are a bit uncomfortable. The driver's seat can't be tilted forward as much, unlike the maximum tilting angle on a Mercedes-Benz C-class or BMW 3-series. This will result in the back of your knees experiencing a minor discomfort if you're not a tall person and you have to reach for the pedals. Only the front windows have full-auto power features unlike on a Mercedes or Bimmer where all windows are full auto. The driver's memory feature, although standard across all TSX models, only memorizes the driver's seat position and not the driver's side mirror position. We'd like to see (more) LED's in those lights, and one last thing; the new front grille is nice, but it could be better.
Overall review: Overall, the 2011 Acura TSX is an excellent performer. It is everything I've come to expect from a vehicle built by Honda, and then some. It gives you a lot of bang for the buck. It saves you a lot of money on petrol especially nowadays with the price of petrol going nowhere but up, but at the same time it does not compromise on luxury and the feel of a well-rounded luxury sports sedan. Frankly I was in the market for about a month, confined only to test driving Mercedes-Benz C-classes, BMW 3-series, Lexus IS'es and Audi A4's. I did not even consider the Acura because my mentality was of the state-of-mind that the Acura is just another typical Honda. But after test-driving all the cars in my list, I decided to try out the Acura just for fun. And fun is what I got! I was thoroughly impressed at how well this car performed. For an entry-level luxury vehicle with an MSRP of about 30,000, it had a lot of features you'd otherwise have to pay extra to get on other entry-level luxury models.

Great Car for A Road Course by Regretfully Mine on 04/23/2011. Trim: 2011 Acura TSX 5-Spd AT, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Great fit and finish, nice styling, good handling and excellent gas mileage. Really like the interior, controls and quality.
Cons: Absolutely jarring ride on anything but perfectly smooth pavement. Steering lacks feedback and even slight crosswinds cause the car to move erratically in the lane. Dealer checked it out and said it was within specs. I should have taken a longer test drive before buying.
Overall review: I deeply regret this purchase and am looking at another vehicle in the Acura line. The car's ride is just too uncomfortable, which is unfortunate because other than that really I like it.

Acura TSX is a winner. by Curlywasastooge on 04/16/2011. Trim: 2011 Acura TSX 5-Spd AT w/Tech Pkg, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Solid, quiet car. Excellent seats. Great acceleration for a 4cyl. Handles great. Impressive MPG. Getting 25-26 local with mostly stop/go low speed driving. On a recent 200+ trip with some traffic lights etc. got 36mpg. Great sound system.
Cons: After 4 months of ownership, really nothing to complain about.
Overall review: Excellent, economical car so far. It exudes quality IMHO.
