Santa Fe ROCKS by Canadian Traveller on 01/25/2012. Trim: 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited 3.5 Auto AWD, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Santa Fe is perfect size for a SUV in my opinion. Warranty is near best available. Price is about what you'd want to pay in this segment. Excellent voice activated navigation system. Bluetooth works well. V6, six speed auto will get up and move when you ask it. Excellent sound system. Handy 120 outlet. USB slot is nice extra. Ride is excellent, this coming from an ex Cadillac cts owner. Gas mileage is just ok at 28 mpg in Canadian gallons. Plenty of room all around this vehicle. AWD drive is excellent in snow. Seats are good but could use more lateral support. Rear camera is nice. Safety features are good. Rear seat backs fold easily.
Cons: Limited with Nav is "top of line for Santa Fe." Power tailgate, panorama roof on vehicle this size ( as in Kia) and rear heated seats and now you're approaching "top of line." Transmission shift area is cheap looking and I find difficult to shift. These are small things that would probably raise the price unless made "options" but power tailgate should be a must have on this vehicle. What do I dislike about this vehicle? Just that cheap looking shift area, that's about it.
Overall review: This vehicle is close to best in class in this segment. There are just a couple of options that could be added to make it No. 1. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone without hesitation. Rides as well as you'd expect. Good fit and finish. Hyundai offers good service at my dealer. No stress buy and no surprises later. Excellent warranty, with fair pricing.

Great quality, interior, exterior and safety value priced! by Ken near Woodbridge, Virginia on 03/01/2011. Trim: 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS 3.5 Auto AWD, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Great interior space and comfort coupled with Consumer Reports top rated safety. The exterior looks just as appealing as a luxury class.
Cons: I waited too long to get one! I knew the Sante Fe was a extraordinary vehicle after renting one last year.
Overall review: I am able to afford and considered purchasing another luxury vehicle. However, it is the Sante Fe that most couples safety and value. Malloy in Woodbridge offered a fair deal right up front. The pre-delivery servicing and delivery were flawless. The business transaction was friendly and thorough. (I'm accountant so I appreciate the ease of doing business!) The interior is gorgeous and roomy -- much more so than its competitors. The exterior is as attractive as the luxury class. The Sante Fe performs incredibly well on ice and snow. The ride is solid and comfortable with almost zero outside noise. I now drive the Sante Fe more than my Cadillac! Great value for the $ spent!

2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited V6 awd AWESOME! by Michael M on 02/20/2011. Trim: 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited 3.5 Auto AWD, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Roomy, comfortable and stylish interior! back seats recline nicely! Cargo space is sufficient for a small crossover. gas mileage for a V6 awd is great transmission is smooth (you hardly notice it's changing gears and it's a 6 speed) Everything in the interiour is easy to access. Ride is smooth
Cons: No cons as of yet.
Overall review: All I really need to say is the limited awd 6spd is the way to go with this vehicle. The v6 gas mileage is very similar to the 4 cyclinder so why not go for the more power. Interior is awesome and comfortable. The speakers are very nice and everything is at the edge of your fingertips. Cargo space is plenty for a crossover suv. I've only had the vehicle for a day and a half, but intial quality is awesome and there is no suspension noise as other's have reported. The suspension noise might be in the lower end models, but this model is very smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend it. What other crossover can you get for 30000 with all these features? None! great job Hyundai!
