Pros:
To me what separate Lexus from other cars is when you go to a Lexus dealership. The services is unmatched. I had the best experience ever when I purchased my car (ES 350). I owned over 20 car but none like this; quality and service in one place. There line of car are superb in every respect. If every business we visit was like the people at Lexus there be no problem with the economy. A business Is only as good as the staff and by all account they don't pressure you to buy a vehicle you fell a sense of trusted that motivate to invest in there products. I'm a Lexus owner for life.
Cons:
It's my second ES 350..... It's a true luxury sedan and the envy of all conversation topics

needs to have protect film put on the front end / bumper/ front of hood of the car as factory install

Pros:
1) Quality - fit and finish interior and exterior 2) ride (smooth and quite) 3) Style (inside and out) 4) "Easy to use" control panel 5) Trunk space and ease of access 6) backup camera 7) General features - back window shade - interior lighting configuration - sound sound system -
Cons:
1) Blind spots - a big deal with lane changes 2) Front center console arm-rest - sets back to far to provide desired arm support and very difficult to access interior compartment of center console while driving
Overall review:
Excellent - would buy this car again and would certainly recommend it to others. In terms of add-on features, this car is loaded. Very comfortable ride with adequate handling. So far, not one single issue with the car in terms of reliabity or quality.
