Pros:
excellent vehicle ,owned 1 year and enjoy the ride and comfort, traded in Lincoln Mark LT ,so gas milage a plus steady, @ 20m.p.g. mostly local travel . Braking and handling on moutain roads very satisfactory after 1 st winter season in Northeast.
Cons:
none that I can think of ,just performed Factory upgrade to My Lincoln Touch which seems better ,bigger # on screen and much easier to operate.
Overall review:
Great vehicle,stable and braking is much better than previous Ford-LincolnsI have owned

Pros:
Car looks great. Side view mirror blind spot indicator and rear view back up AND from side (10 yards- I think- it's very adequate) great safety features.
Cons:
Seats very uncomfortable - a/c in seat - hard lump thru seat -front comfort 1 of 10, My Touch" system iffy- after programing a simple address in this county a ? comes on the screen and occasionaly very incorrect mileage for turns - also, when the system updates from downloads my cell gets knocked out and I have to reprogram to factory settings and re-enter my info -n/g. After bad weather you MUST clean the camera and all sensors -picky of me, but something to be taught at purchase. Purchased the extended b to b warranty which includes a loaner - be careful - you get this loaner from a rental place not an on-site Lincoln and I paid more to use the rental (NOT A LOANER) than lincoln.

Shop around for luxury - it's not all at Lincoln

Wheel covers replacement cost ridiculous and are not the quality expected for the price of over $700+. The front cabin does not have enough space to be comfortable, trunk compartment does not include concelment cover a luxury car requirement. Dealership offered a Mickey Mouse Accesory at a ridiculous price and does not include a dependable installation feature.
Overall review:
I will never buy these vehicle, is supposed to compete with the Cadillac SRX and believe me it doesn't. We have both 2011 models and Lincoln is a big dissapointment.

Big fatal flaw

Pros:
Great styling and excellent workmanship inside and out. Drives very well.
Cons:
The My Lincoln Touch (Sync by Microsoft) touchscreen system that controls everything from radio, AC, phone, and navigation is TERRIBLE. System freezes and is buggy. The navigation system is worthless since half the time it can't locate even major hotels and universities. These constant problems made a great car nothing but a headache. Getting rid of it after only 7 months.
Overall review:
Stay away from this car until Lincoln/Ford gets the Snyc system glitch free.

Pros:
I exterior styling is fresh and sophisticated, although adding some subtle cues to differentiate the Lincoln from the Ford Edge would be nice. The interior is sumptous and uncluttered. It takes getting used to the absence of buttons on the console, but being able to customize your screens is nice. Seats are comfortable and supportive.
Cons:
The My Lincoln Touch system is somewhat cumbersome to use at times. Speaking takes effort in some cases to get the computer to recognize your voice. The voice activated navi is hit and miss. My IPhone will not work with certain features of the sync system. Going to the dealer for help is , well, useless. I have learned more about the sync system in the past 6 months than all of the techs at the dealer. It needs more work to be perfect.
Overall review:
Nice ride with some great technology. Look is unique bordering on futuristic on the exterior, interior is very nice and lux all the way. Sync system needs more work
