by Debo on 09/16/2012.
Trim: 2011 Volvo C30 T5.
Useful?
Pros:
Unique styling, precise handling, and great blend of performance and economy. Also reasonably priced.
Cons:
Could use a slight power bump since its so easily done with programming.
Overall review:
Best example I could find among competitive mini sports coupes.

Stealth Volvo 2011 C30 R-Design
by Law form Germany, Blessed on 05/12/2011.
Trim: 2011 Volvo C30 T5 R-Design, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
Very fast, 28-32 MPG on the German Auto Bahn, Very stylish and a head turner. Handles curves at fairly high speeds (nimble). did i mention fast.
Cons:
Governed at 130mph that is just sickning for a car that could hit 155 or faster
Overall review:
What a great Buy, 32k loaded (a little pricy), but walking down and flying by most cars on the Auto Bahn is just what you need to relieve yourself of a stressful day. Chiptuned it at 280 plus HP and most cars have to move over. Working on fixing the governer problem. 0-60 under 6 sec. I believe 1/4 mile tim is around 13+ Not official...

" A unique and peppy ride"
by A Serious Road Runner ! on 03/27/2011.
Trim: 2011 Volvo C30 T5 R-Design, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
It has a distinct design that is refreshing to look at. Not just another "ditto " car on the road. The pick up power is fantastic !
Nice tight steering control. The size of the seats suit me fine. It"s also a must that I drive a stick shift, which are becoming harder to find.
It's a peppy little car that is fun to drive :)
Cons:
As others have stated the key is large, but that isn't too bothersome to me.
Overall review:
I have absolutely no regrets with my purchase ! THANK YOU VOLVO !

My Swedish Charm
by K Love on 11/07/2010.
Trim: 2011 Volvo C30 T5 R-Design, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
This Swedish charm looks nothing like any car on the road. You have the distinction of being unique and not another "me too" car. The interior is expertly crafted to show its Swedish roots. The 650 watt Dynaudio system is world class. You will hear things in songs that you didn't notice before, its that clear. The visibility is awesome with the smallest blind spot of any car I've driven. Passing and merging is not a problem with the turbocharged engine. It carves curves with its turning. I love the design and so do other people I know.
Cons:
The key is bulky. My friends have complained about the seats not accomodating their fat bodies. Well, the Swedes are NOT wide like Americans. If you have a wide bottom, the seats won't be comfortable. If you are average to slim, the seats are comfortable and supportive. This is a hot hatch, if you need more backleg room, get another car. I can't stand people that complain about backleg room in a compact vehicle. The seatbelts are hard to reach being a two door.
Overall review:
I have no regrets. Volvo is offering 2.9% financing and 5 years of free maintenance. This is a car that I look forward to driving. Its fun being parked and watching people take a look as they pass by.

zippy little car!
by AZ pug owner on 07/29/2010.
Trim: 2011 Volvo C30 T5, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
Car feels solid and safe, lots of airbags...it's a Vovlo! Excellent pick up and fun to drive. Bluetooth works great and sound system is awesome. Dual power seats with memory is a great feature. Great look and the price allows more consumers the ability to own a Volvo.
Cons:
Car is low and it is difficult for me to get in and out, especially coming from an SUV. Back seat is really not even useable. I am only 5'3" and an adult would not be comfortable sitting behind me for any lenght of time, also difficult to get in and out of back seat. Key is large!
Overall review:
This is a good little car, just not sure it is the right one for me, I think I may just be an SUV kind of person. It's sporty and fun to drive and I do feel safe in it. After being in a major rollover accident, safety is important.
