Better than ever
by Ronald on 04/04/2011.
Trim: 2011 Infiniti M56, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Great performance and style
Cons:
MSN Autos is exaggerating the fuel economy on the highway, it is not 25 mpg, from Infiniti website is 24 and 23 for the AWD with premium fuel.
Overall review:
Great car

The M37X delivers what BMW and Audi promise at a more affordable price.
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 03/02/2012.
Trim: 2011 Infiniti M37x, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
Incredible sound system, excellent handling, smooth acceleration. luxurious interior. You should plan to add the premium and deluxe touring edition if you want the amazing audio system. Skip the technology package in my opinion and add the aerodynamic package for a sportier look. Easy to use touch system. Add the ambient light package too.
Cons:
Gas mileage could be better. ECO does not really seem to do anything but putting it in SPORT adds zip for sure. WIsh they had added sensors in addition to rear camera. The driver seat could use some bolstering for more aggressive driving.
Overall review:
The M is not just a bigger G though to be fair it handles like a much smaller and sportier car. The ride is smooth when it should be and provides feedback in more aggressive driving times. I preferred the 3.7 over the 5.6 because I found the smaller engine had plenty of pop but the larger engine tended to "hunt" for the right gear. The 3.7 felt smoother and more refined. The upgraded stereo has to be heard to be appreciated for the extra money. And while the base M comes nicely loaded the upgrade to better leather (common in MB cirlcles) is worht it too. A great car;

Spread the words... The M37x is an excellent car!
by Vern Maryland on 12/25/2011.
Trim: 2011 Infiniti M37x, Owned 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
Handling, braking, acceleration, ride, comfort all very good. Am enjoying the seven speed transmission. Has great styling. All of the features (lane departure, blind side warning, easy-to-use navigation, etc) make for a very secure ride. Nothing ever goes wrong.
Cons:
Previously had an M35x...I preferred that interior's color scheme over the M37x. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.
Overall review:
Overall, this is an excellent car.

How many times does the M have to beat the 5?
by ARROWMG on 08/25/2011.

Pros:
I had the 2006M35 in 2007, so I had 3 1/2 years with that car and was in love with it. But I still had the "why didn't you get the BMW?" questions, until people rode in it. NOW??? people know exactly why I didn't get the BMW. Markedly better interior, to the point that people make it a point to say "it even looks better than the E-class interior, etc", and no-one thinks that I paid less for the same quality as the Germans as INFINITI RAISED THE PRICE on the M, but made sure that they put the ICING ON THE REFINEMENT CAKE!!! Bought it the Monday after Thanksgiving so I was able to see how it handled in the 85" of snow we had this winter and it was AWESOME. Love it!!!
Cons:
Raised the refinement level but at the expense of Voice Control for the Radio,CD player and Climate control as a standard option. Just for the phone now is standard. You have to get a higher priced package in order to have those other options now. Also no subwoofer on the standard M37X model. that's why I gave it a 9, but I'd rather Infiniti do that than try to give you all the options for a cheap price. You can only go so far with a "Less Expensive than the Competition" reputation. People will start to think the car must be lacking something aka "cheap"!
Overall review:
Overall magnificent. This is my third Infiniti so I'm somewhat of a loyalist (Had a '94 Q45 prior to the 1st M). I must say since the 2002 Q, Infiniti has been on a roll. If you ask me (outside of the "Big Boy" sedans - S Class, 7 Series, A8, etc) the Infiniti M Series, and the G for that matter are the best luxury cars in their classes, POINT BLANK PERIOD....no disclaimer needed! Can't wait for them to drop a flagship, i'm sure it will be a doozy!!!!

M56S - "Sleeper Sedan"
by Walt in AK on 05/22/2011.
Trim: 2011 Infiniti M56, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros:
I think i saw a review that used the word 'liquid' to describe the engine and that is certainly appropriate and accurate. 420 HP makes for a REALLY fast sedan. Technology package is a must and when the extra safety goodies are disabled, the systems are very intuitive and top shelf. Nice blend of sport and luxury with a slight lean towards sport. S package and cladding is a must from a styling stance. Car looks funky without it.
Cons:
Technology package is a must although when enabled things like lane departure, crash avoidance and blind spot detection systems take the fun outta driving this vehicle. 20"s with low profile tires are a rim replacement waiting tohappen in most cities but the ride is better than i thought. Eco mode is a wasted knob that will never be considered.
Overall review:
I drove all of the sleeper sedans and narrowed it down to this and the CTS-V and this was more refined for day to day driving and feels better built. My most recent car was an A6 4.2 and i considered the S6 although it was just a little too bland although certainly fast enough. This car gets you looks when you want em and subtly blends in when you don't need the attention.
