Excellent travel & family car! by Cyndistar on 02/10/2012. Trim: 2010 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet, Owned 2 years.
Pros: Extremely comfortable, great travel car, drives smooth, lots of leg room, amenities for passengers and kids A MUST and great for that extra cargo. Can't say enough good things.
Cons: The large blind spot on both sides, it has caused a few close calls. I literally have to turn my head all the way around and have someone look on other side. That should be fixed!!
Overall review: Total comfort!!!

Caliber Rocks by MiddleClassAmerican Michigan on 05/08/2010. Trim: 2010 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Sporty look, drives great at high speeds on the highway, great gas millage. Even though a 4 cylinder has nice little pickup when needed. Maintence is easy with everythling under the hood clearly marked and easy to access. Recommended oil changes is when needed in extreme driving or every 6,000 miles. Compared it to other vehicles prior to buying, internet reviewed pricing, and comparable options and the Caliber was far the best. After my wife and I drove it.......we were hooked especially since we got much more car and a better price with a great warrenty.
Cons: The owners manual with the car is a basic get started manual but it does also come with a Caliber owners manual CD which is OK but they also in fine print offer to mail you a complete owners manual at no charge. The car had a lot of options that we finally figured out and the dealer was helpful also.
Overall review: We love it. We owned a bigger SUV and wished to down size to something smaller with better gas millage and the caliber for the price was perfect. I read the one bad review on the vehicle but really couldnt find their comments to be accurate but I did check out the car fairly well not only on line but test driving myself. GM has had to many problems and in my opinion overpriced, Ford comparely was also overpriced and only interested in leasing it seemed and we really wanted to buy a vehicle made in america. My previous GM vehicle was OK but after buying it found out it was made in another country so this time made sure with Dodge and the Caliber and "Made in the USA).

a woman's car/van. by emily 21001 on 02/24/2013. Trim: 2010 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet, Owned 3 years.
Pros: the looks, lots of compliments and looks. have had some people walk around the ar while i'm sitting in it and look at it. color sky blue very pretty.
Cons: really dislike no storage bags behind the front seats. having to hand pump up and down when ever you want to adjust front drivers seat, just awful...no security alarm system and no red light button flashing on the dash board to warn thieves. this makes the whole car cheap inside. i would have rather pay a little money for these features. ALSO a softer ride inside. went on a short trip and when i got home i was totally sore from the ride.
Overall review: overall view---love the looks from the outside..very pretty but lacking some things inside. needs to be softer seats. hope the later models make improvements.
