Unique and Unequaled Luxury and Performance Combination by SoCal Car Nut on 06/18/2013. Trim: 2009 Bentley Brooklands Coupe, Owned 4 years.
Pros: Performance, styling, quality of fit & finish and attention to detail is absolutely second to none. Pride of ownership unequaled. Draws a crowd at every parking lot, gas station and car wash; receives accolades from total strangers at every stoplight. There's no other car like it - ever.
Cons: Not really anything realistic or substantive. Technology level is a little anachronistic compared to my Mercedes CL65, but it is more than offset by the regal presence and deep satisfaction provided the owner/driver.
Overall review: Totally unique motoring experience; out-classes Rolls, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc. As was said by the WINDING ROAD webzine reviewer, "When this car arrived anywhere, all the other cars just disappeared." And it accelerates like an anvil falling off a cliff.

Bentley Brooklands the new British Mass of Class by Schenk Von Graf Hoffmann Jr The Red Baron of Val Caron on 05/10/2009. Trim: 2009 Bentley Brooklands Coupe, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: The 6.75 litre twin turbocharged V8 with is meticulous in design and at 530 horsepower i am unfortunate in that i could not feel that power without a Bahn close by ,The torque is surreal and the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding and incomparable being built to last long after i am gone . This is the closest one could get to a time machine and the royal coupes that floated down the boulevards during the roaring twenties only now endowed with 21st Century in the DNA .
Cons: It is difficult to find anything besides the gas mileage to gripe about yet the fact remains that when i am riding lightfoot that all gets so much better so know that these are machines that are made to be seen in and not to become the blur unless you want to . With 18ft of gorgeous under me i find it real difficult to fit in parking spots yet that is a rarity for with the Brooklands people seem to make room for you wherever you go ....
Overall review: I have to say that the nostalgia of 18ft and supernatural horsepower and torque really leaves me always wanting more and this Beauty despite her size is silky smooth and takes corners with velvet cutting precision so if you have caviar tastes and a passion for ultimate indulgence laced with the want of feeling like a Royal then i must give my full endorsement for the Bentley Brooklands Coupe the car Bentley should keep as a contender not a limited edition ,Either way they found their Eldorado !
