DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES, YOU WILL REGRET IT by CAR NUT, TORONTO on 03/07/2012. Trim: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 4MATIC Luxury Sedan, Owned 3 years.
Pros: Really the ONLY pro is the appearance of the car.
Cons: Well i know 700 characters are not enough to describe my dislikes. I want to start out by saying I have owned several other luxury cars (2 Infiniti g's, acura tl type s, acura cl, corvette). All were purchased new including this car. This has been by far the worst vehicle I have ever owned. The ride is okay but the tranny is horribly sluggish w/very little low end punch. The interior is very small with poor quality seats. The brakes and rotors needed to be replaced at 20k (poor quality). at 66k the axle broke, thought it was tranny. At 70k the car died again (problem with the ground wire. The til/telescoping motor broke at 50k. Each spring the ac smells like musty dirty socks. terrible car.
Overall review: I have had more problems then listed above, i just ran out of room to write them down. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER MERCEDES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. This is my first and last Mercedes. Mercedes customer service is also very very poor. they are not even close to their competition. I would not buy another mercedes even if they gave me one for half price. There are so many better cars out there. I would highly recommend Infiniti, Acura, BMW, Lexus. Do your shopping at any of these retailers for a far superior experience. WARNING:DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES.

Best in class. by An MSN Autos Consumer on 10/21/2010. Trim: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: This is our first M-B and wont be the last. We love the styling of the car. Ours is Iridium and is a knock out. The fit, finish and overall quality of materials is what you expect from M-B. The handling, braking and steering are superb. We looked at the 3-series, A-4, G37 and the TL. Nothing comes close. The buying experience was incredible. Have never been treated so well when buying a car. The service experience has been equally incredible.
Cons: The only real con is the cost of the service. We knew that going in so it wasnt a big surprise.
Overall review: For the money there isn't a better deal out there.

'09 Mercedes C350 by Mabel from California on 07/08/2009. Trim: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C350 Sport Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Handling is superb, almost as good as BMW. Style is much improved, chassis is longer, trunk larger than previous model years. Quiet ride. Elegant, sleek interior. Excellent blend of sportiness and elegance. Excellent audio system.
Cons: No rear-view sensors or camera. Turn signal in awkward location. GPS system has less detail and is not as user-friendly as its competitors.
Overall review: The 2009 C350 is not a cheap vehicle, but is worth every penny. There is plenty of room in the interior and it provides an amazing blend of sportiness and elegance. There are a few quirks that take some getting used to, but overall the good vastly outweighs the bad.

Mixed bag. Never again. by An MSN Autos Consumer on 08/12/2011. Trim: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport Sedan, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great looks. Rides and handles extemely well.
Cons: Had ours just a little over a year. Bought a CPO 2009 Sport with 14,000 miles. Just turned 40,000 and it has been in the shop for: Oil sending unit replacement. Carpet replacement. Satellite Radio replacement. W/S washer fluid pump replacement.Fan belt assembly replacement. Tomorrow it gets new tires. The ones on it were put on at 10,000 miles. Add in the $250.00-$400.00 service you have to have done every 10,000 miles and the allure of the silver star fades. I'll drive this one until its out of warranty and then its gone. Never again.
Overall review: Like the car but have been very unhappy with all the trips to the dealership. Expected a lot more out of a M-B. My selling dealer was OK. The dealer who services it has been OK. My first and my last.

Audi to Mercedes by Stuck in Fargo on 02/03/2010. Trim: 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great styling in and out. Love the iPod integration. Very comfortable ride. Nice all wheel drive system
Cons: Seem a little underpowered. Steering is a little smushy.
Overall review: I traded in my 2008 Audi A4 Turbo Quattro for this car. The Audi was more fun to drive and had better acceleration, but the MB has much better styling in and out and a smoother and more comfortable ride. I would definitly recommend this vehicle.
