Best car I ever owned by Tom in Mass on 10/23/2011. Trim: 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Powerful, better than great looking, quiet ride, great sound. A pleasure to drive, its very big and you have a lot of room in the cabin. You can really put people in the back seat, but not for too long. No problems with it, very small issue with the headliner coming loose near the pass window.....could have something to do with my habit of high speed driving with the windows open!
Cons: Bit of a cop magnet
Overall review: This is my favorite car ever, and I have had a few. Dodge simply created a 1970 Challenger in 2008 using everything gained throughout the years to build a far better car all around. shut off the stability and chirp gears pretty much at will, shut off that radio and hear/FEEL what an american muscle car is all about in the 21 century! When I saw the challenger concept, it hit me like a ton of bricks, this car brings out an emotional reaction light years away from the mustang, and pretty far from the camaro. I finally I bought a 2009 RT 6 speed this year and I can't tell you how much I love this car! First of all Dodge doesn't have production numbers anywhere near Chevy or Ford so you just don't see as many Challengers on the road . Oftentimes when I'm out in it, people come up to tell me of the car they used to have, or that their father had when they were kids etc. If you have strong feelings about old school american muscle....this is your car.

The Best New Car I have ever owned. by Matt from Baldwin on 08/12/2012. Trim: 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T, Owned 3 years.
Pros: The reliability of the car has been great. 3 years and only one very minor issue, a piece of the passenger window trim split. It was replaced under warranty. The styling is great, it looks like the original Challenger, to my eyes the best looking muscle car of all times.
Cons: Access to the rear seat. The driver side seat back seat needs to be be moved up by the power seat controls and the back rest does not go forward enough to allow easy access. The passenger side has a seat release the allows the seat to move forward and back rest to pull forward but it does not return the seat the original position.
Overall review: This is the most trouble free car that I have ever owned. It has plenty of power Hemi V-8 and the five speed auto has the manual shift gate for use. Overall it's a great car!
