Gas mileage....great on ice and snow.

Paint on back bumper is spidering...it seems it always needs something.

Pros:
Great vehicle for the money! Stylish and affordable! Fun to drive! No real problems yet. Only the resistor for the fan speed went out you could have it off or on 4. Easy fix a friend knew a friend from the dealer. Enjoy SYNC!
Cons:
Nothing so far! We always wanted one and now we got one!
Overall review:
Very satisfied with the Escape. It is very fun to drive. It is great to be up higher and not get poor gas millage. I only pay $50 to fill up on a bad day. My Windstar takes $100 it is 26 gallon tank though. Overall a great vehicle would recommend to anyone and have already recommended! Enjoy this fun SUV!

Goes good in snow and slick conditions
Cons:
Only about 19 mpg. Had transmission trouble right off within 1st. 2000 miles, all the transmission oil leaked out, this will probably cause more down the road. A bushing gauled and had to replace floor axle. Sunroof drain stopped up and water leaked into floor. Air bag light kept coming on and it took Ford more than a year to find and fix the trouble. Seat are awful, stain with just water. Not enough room. Three days after the three year warranty ran out it quit on the highway, but restarted, 10 days later quit 4 times the same day, had to have towed to dealer and replace throttle body at $427.00 I had to pay. What next ?????

Purchased new in August 2009 and have be sorry ever since.
