Minimeeeee by Richard from So.Cal. on 12/25/2009. Trim: 2009 Chevrolet Aveo LT, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: We originally bought the Aveo as a "go to town" car but now find we drive it all the time. We love it!. The roominess of the interior is is deceiving and definately an added pleasure. This car is fun to drive, scooting in and out of traffic and tight parking spaces like nobodys business. The freeway is no problem as far as entering traffic or passing other vehicles. We have no regrets about buying this car and have no reservations recommending it to others.
Cons: The estimated mpg is a little over rated, but maybe my lead foot's to blame for that. No dislikes yet...knock on wood!
Overall review: We bought our Aveo off the showroom floor, so we didn't have much say as far as the options we wanted. Ours didn't come with power windows, mirrors or door locks which we would recommend and miss on ours. It did however, come with 18" chrome rims and Goodyear low profile F1 tires which are great in the rain. Here's a must for all Aveo owners. Install a K&N filter and I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised. Even my wife noticed the increase in power.

Economy Sports Car by Jim from Ky. on 08/26/2009. Trim: 2009 Chevrolet Aveo LT, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: Handles great and very roomy for smaller car. Great gas milage. Love the On-Star&Stereo System . Large trunk and fold down rear seats a big plus for me.
Cons: Does not have auto locks when you go out of park
Overall review: Very impressed with my Aveo as this is my second smaller car. My first was a Ply. Horizon but the Aveo is far superior. Would highly recommend the aveo for anyone looking for a smaller car.

IF IT FITS YOUR NEEDS, THIS CAR IS GREAT by PMS on 06/19/2008. Trim: 2009 Chevrolet Aveo LS, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: Size and economy. Just bought my second one. I trade every 3-4 years. '04 hatchback ran fine/ Previously owned two Geo Metro's. Aveo is quite an UPGRADE.
Cons: Perception of the general public and consumer guides towards this highly underated vehicle.
Overall review: For someone secure in themselves, even if you could afford "more" car, but aren't snobbish, this is just great tramsportation. If I have to move something really big, I rent a truck, SUV, or whatever meets my extended, temporary needs. But how often does one need an 8 ft bed, passenger seating for 10, or any other situation? I am not at all against big trucks or cars, if they are NEEDED. I can carry four, or have lots of room to carry my bicycle because of folding back seat.

Snowmobile-auto by Mike Munising, Michigan on 08/31/2011. Trim: 2009 Chevrolet Aveo LT2, Owned 2 years.
Useful?
Pros: I have two Aveo"s, 2005 and 2009, so you can see I like them. I live in snow country (shore of Lake Superior in Michigan) the only problem is on snow covered roads (three inches or more) I can get stuck. I solved the problem by putting snow tires all the way around and it has made a hugh difference as well as the handling on just snow covered roads (one inch or less). I reccomend the Aveo (I have two) and I will purchase another when it comes time.
Cons: Not good in the snow unless you put on snow tires all the way around!
Overall review: It is the best car since they quit making the Metro
