Best Sedan I have Ever Owned by New Evoque Owner on 12/03/2011. Trim: 2008 Audi RS 4 Sedan, Owned 1 year.
Pros: This may be the best all around car on the planet. Tremendous acceleration even before you push the "S" button, fabulous Lamborghini sourced brakes, very comfortable Recaro 12 way power seats with leg extension for driver and heated both front and back, six speed manual for control and fun. I have owned mine for just over 1 year now, and after owning everything from Porsche to Viper to Mercedes to Fords I find this is the best passenger sedan, with a fold down back seat for dog carrying, and 4 wheel drive for worry free changes in road conditions, I've ever owned. Torque is fabulous, and 0-60 in 4.3 seconds for a sedan is Supercar territory.
Cons: While Audi did a recall and update on the suspension, there is the nagging worry based on prior reports that the Torson fluid based suspension could fail again some day. Audi says the recall and update has completely fixed this, and so far they are correct, but it is still a small worry. Also, if you're not smooth, engaging first gear in "S" mode on bumpy roads can make you feel like an amateur. On the other hand, it does make driving more involving.
Overall review: Fabulous sedan for all conditions. Fast, comfortable, a wolf in sheep's clothing. Own and drive a Supercar without looking like someone trying to impress the world with your money.

Love this car by RS4 Fan from Atlanta on 10/18/2012. Trim: 2008 Audi RS 4 Sedan, Owned 4 years.
Pros: I purchased the RS 4 after owning an M3 for 14 years. I test-drove the car, and it was love at first shift. The car has great shifting, cornering, body style and quality. The AWD feature came in quite handy during an ice storm in Atlanta that shut the city down for 4 days, and I was able to travel without much difficulty (the M3 would have stayed in the garage). Entrance and exit ramps are a blast, and the power is well controlled with the ESP system (the tires have a lovely "song" before the break out point). So far, there has been little mechanical or electrical malfunctions, as was characteristic of Audis in the '80s. My husband liked my car so much, he purchased a used one himself.
Cons: There is an acceleration lag due to the AWD system, but this is nominal in S mode. I am sad that the car was taken out of production. No spare tire!
Overall review: An excellent vehicle overall, blending sports car handling with sedan practicality. Professional drivers will most likely give a different or more educated review, but for the average driver who does not use the car to the full potential, it is a great choice.

Ultimate All Season Sport Sedan by Tundra Ron on 12/24/2008. Trim: 2008 Audi RS 4 Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Tenacious Handling coupled with a Torquey V8. Understated Styling with Wonderful Audi Interior
Cons: Premium Thirsty(wonderful) V8 High Price, but discounts are being offered.
Overall review: This Car is a Sports Sedan for All Seasons. Equipped with 19 inch Snow/Summer Tires and Quattro All Wheel drive. The Audi is unstoppable. Add to the equation 420 HP and Superior Handling, you feel like you can take on Sebastien Loeb when the road twists and turns. Stealthy and in limited production....not many seen coming and going. Fit and Finish are top notch. With the fuel economy coming to the forefront, this could be the last of the V8 Audis in an A4 platform. What a pity!

Audi Dominates by John from Missoula on 11/16/2008. Trim: 2008 Audi RS 4 Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: This is the most responsive vehicle I have ever driven that is even close to this price range. It is subtle, yet turns almost everyone's head that sees it. An unbelievably great bargain for the horsepower and speed, way better than Mercedes or BMW.
Cons: On bumpy city streets, the tires tend to grab and toss you around a little. That is the only negative I have found after driving this car for a year.
Overall review: Superior value and driveability in a classy, powerful sedan.

Clutch the asphalt in an iron grip by Sideways thru Snow and Sand - Land After Land on 06/05/2008. Trim: 2008 Audi RS 4 Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Excellent dynamics and forgiving - natural and intuitive - far more so than the robotic feel of the Lexus F-treatment competitor - It was obvious which engineers were commuting through the alps at 140mph and which were shoved into overcrowded subway cars by transit guys wearing white gloves - so I went with the one that's been making powerful sedans for 100 years rather than 15.
Cons: Excellent quattro system is slightly harder on the gas mileage
Overall review: For the absolute control this latest generation quattro drive system offers - this is an advantage enough for me over most competition as its deep rally heritage is subtly but reassuringly present - with smooth effortless performance that feels connected to the driver and the road in some of the greatest synergy yet. Enjoy
