A very good 4 cylinder truck

Pros:
I like the high riding position of a truck, provides overall good view of road. Easy to enter and exit cab. Good gas mileage (22mpg avg for first 35,000 miles of both city and highway driving over 4 years). Easy clutch and shifter, well spaced for my long legs and arms. Quiet cabin. Very good front to rear weight balance in this 4 cylinder. I can add two 80 lbs sand bags in bed of truck for the winter and it gives me a near perfect 50/50 weight distribution front to rear. Helps on snow and ice traction (2wd).
Cons:
Fairly large turning radius.
Overall review:
Excellent truck. I check resale values each quarter and it keeps going up even as I add miles. Resale is great as is its reliability..

Pros:
looks good with a topper.
Cons:
Fuel economy poor 14mpg. city.. 17" tire look good but on snow and ice feels very light and hippy that's w/ 250 #'s of sand in the back..

Pros:
I love the look of this truck. It has great accelleration and handling. I have taken it on numerous trips and it rides smoothly. I take my bicycles with me when I go and this gives me plenty of room to haul them. I live in the country and this gets me where ever I want to go. I love the strap down features in the bed itself and the extender for the bed. I enjoy all the comfort of the controls on the steering wheel. My first truck and i hope to keep it forever.
Cons:
The rear seat is not very comfortable for long trips and leg room in the back is not very good if 6 feet tall or taller.
Overall review:
I love this truck and would recommend it to anyone. I get complements on it all the time. It has a great look both inside and outside of the truck. The engine is perfect other than the gas mileage but I can handle that.

Better than the competition

Overall review:
A+Truck! I love the power, towing capacity, and the 4X4 capability. My other choice was the tacoma but I thought this truck is great, the colorado has a poor engine, ford ranger is outdated, and dodge transmission is junk. It tows my boat and snowmobiles like they're not even there. I live up in the countryside so all the roads are high speed, and I average good milege(around 600 km per tank) I also get lots of snow in the wintertime and the 4X4 is great for it. If you want even better performance and milege get a k&n fuel injection performance kit, it took me an hour to install and gave me better milege since I don't drive it hard. I can't say enough about this truck!
