"The Lexus Lie" by Bklyn Ron-Greenwood Park,N.J. on 04/13/2010. Trim: 2008 Lexus ES 350 Sedan, Owned 2 years.

Pros: It drives quietly, has excellent acceleration.
Cons: If you are taller than Five ft. four inches, this is a horrible car,it is horrible to enter and your head is against the roof when driving;the GPS system is so complicated an astronaut couldnt use it The car is so low to the ground that it scrapes on anything other than perfect highways.
Overall review: Of the more than two dozen new vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime, the 2008 Lexus is easily the worst; I would never purchase another.

Good Car point blank! by kw on 12/01/2012. Trim: 2008 Lexus ES 350 Sedan.
Useful?
Pros: power and comfort are just a few things i love about my Lesus Es 350. It's a head turner to the point i'm considering tinting the windows. It is also quiet. Too many good things to say about this car. I'll always buy a Lexus from now on. Next on my list is the big boy "Ls"
Cons: Interior lighting could be better.
Overall review: Love it. MPG is good, just a good quailty car. I would recommend it to mt friends. I've always driven good cars, so I'm not unaware of quaility when I see and feel it.

classy luxury car and lexus luxury by An MSN Autos Consumer on 10/03/2012. Trim: 2008 Lexus ES 350 Sedan, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: pretty quiet ride. Good acceleration, stereo is quite nice. Pretty good front seat space. Controls are well laid out and easy to use (non nav model)
Cons: could have more headroom. Less body roll would be nice. Rear seat could be roomier. Possibly more supportive seat bottom but that's probably nitpicking. So far so good reliability-wises
Overall review: Nice car to own and doesn't drive too big either.

Used to be in love... now not so much. by LeadFoot in Peoria, AZ on 05/21/2012. Trim: 2008 Lexus ES 350 Sedan, Owned 4 years.
Useful?
Pros: Excellent exceleration, smooth handeling and averaging 28 MPG. The interior is very quiet and comfortable.
Cons: Maintenance from the Lexus dealer is insanely expensive - and the price goes up as time goes on. While you may get a loaner for $10 when you have service done - paying $500 + for maintenance service is insane! We probably won't buy Lexus again because of the total cost of ownership. We also have a child, and a carseat in the back. This car was flat out not made for car seats. The width (super narrow) of the seats in the rear makes it so it is almost impossible to buckle your child in (in a booster). I literally have to crawl in the car to buckle him up every time. The navigation system flat out sucks,no other words for it ,worst on the market. AND you passenger can't use it while you drive.
Overall review: Overall I thought I was in love, but as time goes by my love affair has faded. We've owned this car for 4 years and I have put 60,000 miles on it. I adore the way it drives, accelerates, handles... but I hate going to the dealer for an oil change and being told "todays service will cost approx. $530.00" - WHAT? I love the looks of this car, but as time has gone by it is not holding up as well as I would like to see. The paint seems to chip and mar very easily. A bump from my purse left a chip in the driver door... A car wash that we use for all 3 of our vehicles has left marks on the Lexus but none on our other cars. It makes you wonder.

Lexus - The smarter choice by Anthony from Ohio on 05/12/2012. Trim: 2008 Lexus ES 350 Sedan, Owned 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: Outstanding luxury car for the price. Comparable to other models, you will definitely get more for your money when purchasing this car. Smooth ride, elegance, updated style, and a technology enriched and quiet cabin. The 272 hp will allow you to get up and go when you desire. I am currently getting 23 mpg and 30 mpg in longer distances. Best car I ever owned and will definitely consider another Lexus.
Cons: Turanza tires were not long lasting. Upgraded to Goodyear Comfort Touring. Money well spent.
Overall review: Superb luxury vehicle. Classy and stylish with the horsepower and gas mileage you want and deserve.
