The 2008 Chrysler T&C by An MSN Autos Consumer on 08/07/2009. Trim: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country LX, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Stow and go seating which allows for a lot of internal space for acrrying and moving stuff. This is the only reason why I bought this vehicle.
Cons: Poor quality inside the vehicle. Too much cheap plastic. Poor driving conveniences, things like a compass should be standard - it isn't. Unlighted vanity mirrors. Extremely uncomfortable rear seating. I would not like to ride too far in the rear seats. Ridiculous and almost inaccessible location of spare wheel. Cruise control location moves with the steering wheel and has to located visually most of the time this is a bad location. It should be back in fixed positon on left side, with the windshield wipers, etc. Automatic gear selector does not allow you to manually select low gears very easily.
Overall review: Previously, the best vehicle I ever owned was a Chrysler but this T&C has convinced me NEVER TO BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER VEHICLE AGAIN.

my last chrysler by Dad from mass. on 07/22/2012. Trim: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned 3 years.
Pros: starts up all the time. dvd for the kids
Cons: quality control at chrysler on this vehicle. worst life on brake system ever. already had front and rear brakes completly replaced at 25000 miles and due for more work at 37000.a/c hose burst. new battery.has been burning oil since first oil change and chrysler says its normal. That lie made my mind up that i will never buy another chrysler again. Yokahama tires were awful and couldnt wait to change them at around 30000 milesThey lie about the gas mileage.I get around 12city/17 highway at best. several recalls which i didnt have a problem with.To make matters worse their dealership personel were arrogant in response to issues with car. Will never by a chrysler.
Overall review: Shame on Chrysler for putting out such are poor quality car and not owning up to engine problem with oil consumption.

We think the van is good for the money by Dennis on 04/22/2013. Trim: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned 1 year.
Pros: If you are looking to buy for a power chair and only have a ramp.... We think this van can be had for a fair price.
Cons: Our van has trim problems inside, but it's not the end of the world for us.
Overall review: People love the look of this van, it has good power and feels big and safe when driving.

Worst Van Ever by An MSN Autos Consumer on 02/22/2013. Trim: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned 5 years.
Pros: Very liitle good to say about van.
Cons: We have replaced all four brakes twice once at 20,000 miles and next at 35,000 miles, A/C hose broke, Radio has failed too many times to count, interror lights and guages go off when driving, tires replaced at 25,000 miles, rebuiltt the engine at 30,000 miles to many recalls to count, terrible gas mileage it averages about 11, best on the highway is 18. seat warmers have failed multiple times.
Overall review: This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned. It is the least reliable and most problems I have ever had with a vehicle. I have been driving since 1984. My first car was a 1979 chevy cevette and that was put together way better than this thing.

DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE!!!!!!!! by Doug on 10/18/2012. Trim: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned 3 years.
Cons: Bad brakes, doors do not operate well (like toyota's and Hondas)
Overall review: I have a 2008 that is in the shop every other week, STAY AWAY FROM THIS VEHICHLE they have huge brake issues, i've replaced the brakes 4 times in 60,000 miles. That is totally unexceptable people. Spend a little more and get a Toyota Sienna or a Honda Odyssey. Please take this advice not as an angry Chrsler owner but as a fact driven owner. Do a search on the internet on Town and Country problems and you will find a plethora of information
