Fun to drive! by Powerfade, Crown Point, Indiana on 02/18/2012. Trim: 2008 Mercedes-Benz SLK SLK350 Roadster, Owned 3 years.

Pros: Great appearance, excellent handling, acceleration good enough, and the best I can still get a set of golf clubs in the trunk with the top down!

Cons: DON"T TRY TO DRIVE IT IN THE SNOW!...learned the hard way...lol

Overall review: I would recommend this car to anyone who wishes to experience a real sports car that is fun to drive and won't break the bank. Not the fastest, most powerful, but well worth the money for what it offers and what it is intended to do.

Useful?

Pros: looks, Handling and exceleration

Cons: does not handle well in winter weather

Overall review: very fun to drive and with an average of 27.2 MPG (so far) much less expensive to drive than my old Corvette

Useful?

Pros: This car has very impressive acceleration and braking ability. The seats are body hugging, which helps when cornering aggressively. Also has a decent trunk for the size of the car.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Overall review: Perfect car for those looking for an awsome driving experience. Refreshing to have a convertible that is as quiet as a standard hardtop.

Useful?

Pros: Sharp looks, sharp performance, good fuel economy and open air motoring even on cool days with the airscarf.

Cons: A little pricey but still worth it.

Useful?

Pros: Having a previous 2003 MBZ convertible, trading it for a 2008 Roadster was a plus. Living in Anchorage, AK, having a roadster is not a choice you jump into that easily, but a good pair of studded tires, the nice stability it has and a good common-sense driver makes a perfect combination. The special edition came with several pluses, apart from the AMG package. The heated seats and scarfs are perfect for this environment when you have the hard top down. Aceleration wise is a lot better than the previous.

Cons: I like everything on this one.

Overall review: Excellent car for the very exclusive few that appreciate a fine roadster.
