A 911 On Steroids by Frank on 12/02/2009. Trim: 2008 Porsche Cayenne S, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Power, handling, seating comfort, not too big, 7700lb.towing capacity, gas milage 17.2 overall with 21-22 highway @ 65-70MPH
Cons: Expensive Porsche service, but no more so than BMW, Mercedes & the other hi end brands. I did not get the suspension option and the ride is harsh on rough roads at low speeds. No factory bluetooth or ipod plug in 2008 and the aftermarket ones installed by the dealer are only fair at best.
Overall review: The best mid size SUV by far.I have had it for just over two years with 30K miles with no problems since new. It is my daily driver as well as a tow vehicle for a 24' enclosed car trailer used to haul my 911turbo to Porsche Club DE events. This is a hands down better all purpose mid size truck, with a towing capacity of a larger SUV than any similar premium brand has to offer.

One car for all by Laudaa on 10/29/2007. Trim: 2008 Porsche Cayenne S, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: If you could only have one car for every occassion, this is it! Precise engineering, every control is lighted, even the vent knobs!
Cons: Seats too supportive that squeez into your thigh, rear seats too straight up and can not recline. A pillar combined with side rear view mirrors creates big blind spots. Ride could be too harsh for some people not equipped with automatic suspension option. Low gas mileage.
Overall review: Porsche people please pay attention, the thigh support on the seat bottom portion is too tight that makes driving uncomfortable and unpleasurable, and please make the rear seats recline-able. Otherwise this could be a perfect car. I once saw Shaq posing in this car, I can not image how do big size celeberty athelets seat comfortably in this car. And folks, forget about buying the standard model (non S or turbo), avoid racing even with a camry at all cost, it's an embarrassment and is only for the name. You are only contributing to Prosche's profit not your driving pleasure. S model "feels" powerful and fast but decent or above average, race at your discretion. Turbo or Turbo S models, step on the gas to your hearts content at any moment. Overall, this is a great car. What other vehicle could you race, attending upscale social events, and take family trips to the country all at the same time?

What a pleasure driving it... by Showoff from Hartford on 03/09/2009. Trim: 2008 Porsche Cayenne GTS, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Pros: Performance; always have someone on the road tried to race with me. I have the GTS with the Nordic Gold Metallic; can't find any other cars can compare to its look.
Cons: Have to get the new set of tires for winter
Overall review: Worth any dollar of it...

Best Sports SUV on the market by Melanie, Dallas on 10/12/2008. Trim: 2008 Porsche Cayenne Base, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great handling & acceleration
Cons: Interior a little bland
Overall review: Fantastic handling, rapid acceleration when desired, yet able to increase gas mileage by not using sport option unnecessarily. Having owned two Land Rovers prior, I'm quite pleased with the sporty feel of the Cayenne.
