Why buy a BMW?

Pros:
German engineering/safety; BMW for the people who are not "car snobs". SOLID body, chasis, fit and finish. Absolutely a blast to drive. Put the DSG in "S" mode for a thrill you won't soon forget.
Cons:
A small nit to pick...would like to see all-season tires on my car.
Overall review:
Way better, in my opinion, than a Civic Si. Nothing drives on a highway like a German car. My second VW in a row; people need to do their homework on VW and see all the no-nonsense engineering that VW puts in their cars.

Pros:
Fun to drive..Looks brand new. I have the Fahrenheit version.
Cons:
No hiding in this one :) It gets noticed!
Overall review:
The only downside is that I have to switch to snow tires in the winter. But, it allows me to safely plow through almost anything OH winter has to offer. The Fahrenheit is such a fun to drive car..I only wish I had a 'work' car to go with it.
I've had very good luck with this car..And, I like to drive fast.

Not enough bang for my buck

Pros:
Like always the GTI gives you a good 200 horse power turbocharged engine that is plenty of fun for any speed freak and you get that unique design
Cons:
The handeling is unrefined and its acceleration is somewhat lacking its like you can hear the 200 horses but the powertrain is only delivering 120 horses its 0 to 60 time is 7.6 seconds I have driven similar cars with less horse power that were cheaper that were just as fast and had the same driving caracteristics.
Overall review:
If your going to buy a volkswagen get a bettle.
