Pros: I love the way it handels in all weather snow rain I would feel safer with the wife and kids in this unit than any other car on the market its the best.

Cons: 21mpg on hwy think this could be better

GMC Awesome Acadia by Freddy New City, NY on 11/20/2007. Trim: 2007 GMC Acadia SLT-2 AWD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: GMC gave me a vehicle with Luxury and technology while it is fully functional. I can seat my family and more and have all the latest features. Heated windshield wash, where has this been in the last 20 years, what a great idea.

Cons: There is not much other than the disappointing gas mileage.

Useful?

Pros: Spacious interior, good visibility, heated front seats, moonroof for kids. looks good inside and out.

Cons: There are many: transmission replaced at 6800 miles? what's up with that?, numerous leaks: in the sunroof...still GM hasnt fixed, axles, transfer case. (The Rear heater accuator? went bad...a major expense...was warranty covered). The 110 outlet has never worked... the tires at 19 inch are expensive and there are few brands that carry it and they don't last long. The acceleration is not great and with the cruise control on there is often high revving of the engine frequently up hills even up to 6000 rpm...indicates its underpowered.

Overall review: Because of the unreliability, I can't recommend the vehicle. Also mileage...24mpg? well maybe in your dreams...never got more than 20-21 on the highway and overall 18-19.

Useful?

Pros: I really like the design and have had many compliments. So far, it has proven to be be very reliable. Long distance drives are very comfortable and gas mileage on highway is impressive, considering the size of the vehicle.

Cons: The speakers that came with the SLE are not that great. I upgraded the speakers with Infinity speakers purchased and installed from Future Shop and now have great sound..

Overall review: No regrets what so ever.
