the worst min-van I've ever driven, and I've owned 4 different brands by Norm from Sc. on 03/11/2011. Trim: 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L, Owned 4 years.
Pros: NOT ANY THING
Cons: I have had many problems with this car, from stearing, suspention and transmission. The ride after a few 1000 miles become very bad. The dealors are not very helpful. I would not buy another Honda Odyssey, or recommend one to any one. Do an on line check before you even thank about buying a Odyssey. I have been the car business for 40 yrs, driving all kinds of cars, this car is on fun to drive.
Overall review: Very unsatisfied customer

Odyssey - comfortable - YES, reliable - NO by MIdwest Van owner on 03/23/2012. Trim: 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L w/ DVD, Owned 5 years.
Pros: Very comfortable ride and plenty of power. Great vacation vehicle for the family!
Cons: Constant transmission and torque converter problems. Honda replaced the torque converter 3 times by 75K miles. Items were covered even though the warranty had expired. Highway MPG are never as high as the EPA rating. Problems with paint chipping on the hood and front fascia. No automatic headlights was another disappointment. The salesman said Honda was slow to adopt new technology - I had a 92 Buick with automatic headlights, Honda couldn't figure it out 15 years later? Honda has a reputation of being more reliable than American vehicles - It doesn't live up to that reputation in mini-vans.
Overall review: The ride and comfort are very good. The low highway MPG and the constant transmission problems in this van were very disappointing. Honda may be reliable in engines, but the transmission was a constant source of problems. I had GM and Chrysler vans that had transmission problems, but not until they were past 100K miles.

bad van to buy by An MSN Autos Consumer on 12/08/2009. Trim: 2007 Honda Odyssey EX, Owned 2 years.
Pros: roomy, nice looking.
Cons: engine noise , preignition, knocking a 42000 miles, transmission slips, vibrating, judder, jerking intermittrn, dealer can not pinpoint the problem, dealer refuse to repair. honda problems is transmissin, due to software and hardware time delay in shifting, and they road test 2 bblock come back and say nothing wrong. just like the computer, it sometime is freeze... and sometime it not.. it must happen at the time they road test, then they would repair it, otherwise, good luck.. trade in 2010 toyota sienna, get rid of the expensive junk...
Overall review: honda brand no longer exist on my list

A Horrible Van by Physician on 06/25/2008. Trim: 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring w/ Nav, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Remote Tv Camera that looks to the back of the vehicle.
Cons: Has a 21 gallon fuel tank. Only, 16.5 gallons are available when filling the car. The pump kiicks off at that amount and it is illegal to put the remaining amount of fuel to top it off(requires about 20 clicks of the pump to top it). The HOnda motor company advertises 21 galleons, including the dealer but the never mention the problem with filling the tank. The number of problems with the back monitor-nav-remote garage door openers(diidn't work) when purchased were numerous. Anyone want to buy a $45,000 vehicle with 10,000 miles on it cheap?
Overall review: Note the tires are $500.00 each to replace which was not told to me either.

the Best Van in the World by late on 04/16/2008. Trim: 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L, Owned 1 year.
Pros: It is an amazing vehicle and every one should want it. I have nothing bad to say about my Odesey. My Odesey has plenty of leg room even in the back. There is also plenty of storage. Honda Odeseyes are great vehicles!
Overall review: My odesey is great!
