Speed and Handling. Bang Olfensen Sound is worth the extra price. Quiet and efficient for a large wheel based sedan

Pros:
The exterior styling is slick and sporty, yet understated. The interior look, comfort and quality is second to none. As far as performance, excelleration is great, the handling is is exceptional for a car of this size (attributable to the alluminum space frame quattro drive and adjustable suspension) allows for a ride that is taut but not harsh. The 6-speed transmission is smooth and efficient - the car shift smartly from 1st gear thru over-drive. The B&O sound system is awsome! The MMI interface is fairly intuitive and is a logical and modest intergration of technology When compared with is competition (BMW 7 series, Mercedes S Class and Lexus LS), this is the car to buy!
Cons:
None I can see after the first 2000 miles.
