Value packed daily driver by Fritz from Tucson on 06/24/2012. Trim: 2007 Toyota Corolla S, Owned 3 years.
Pros: First and foremost is the gas mileage. I drive very conservatively and it's a rare occasion that I don't get from the high 30's to the low 40's in mileage...regardless of the conditions. The quality has been fantastic. Nothing has needed attention other than regular maintenance. Power is adequate, comfort is good and the radio is above par for the vehicle. The "S" package is only a visual one. Nothing performance wise is done. It does however look much better than the 2 base models.
Cons: It could stand to have a few more horses under the hood. It's adequate for what it is, but passing at highway speeds can be challenging. Bigger people may feel cramped in it and a family of 4, while it'll get you where you are going, won't win any awards for comfort.
Overall review: I think a lot of reviewers are forgetting what they bought. It's not the Rolls Royce of comfort nor the Mustang GT for performance. It is a good, compact car that gets outstanding mileage and has very few maintenance issues. As the most sold car in the world, there are pleanty to pick from if something does go wrong. This is a great city driver, first car, college vehicle or a second car. Taking the family for a extended road trip to Disney World in it isn't the wisest decision. BUy it for what is is, not what it isn't.

my good looking corolla by JC from the bronx, NY on 05/05/2008. Trim: 2007 Toyota Corolla CE, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: very fuel efficient got it in white with tint windows bought it with 12,000 miles on it now has 14,000 miles on it and runs excellent since buying it in Florida the suspension and breaks are all perfect is good to buy a new car from a city like Florida where cars don't suffer much with the cold weather, add some blue xenon lights and the car will stand out more, very easy to park in a small spot, lights go on at night by itself which is very helpful to remind u about it, very easy to drive, even after running 49 miles the tank still marking that is full
Cons: nothing this car is just perfect everyone on my neighbors like it
Overall review: gives good mileage on the highway and the city, the only thing that i did change on my corolla as i said before was the front headlights, added some blue xenon lights and they just make the car look cool and stand out more, i take care of this car a lot and always keep it clean as well no matter if others don't like Toyota or not i do like how mine looks, my neighbors tell me to add some nice rims to it but i would just keep it this way it looks perfect, at the Toyota dealer they gave my car and oil change, new brakes, clean the interior, put some new tires on it, and the engines was also cleaned before driving it to NY, i like driving in this car to college a lot, i would like to add the fog lights to it

I love my Corolla by An MSN Autos Consumer on 12/10/2007. Trim: 2007 Toyota Corolla CE, Owned 1 year.
Pros: It is a great little city car - with easy maneuvering, parking, fuel efficiency and - as a bonus - a great sound system.
Cons: The sedan back seats only unlock from the inside.
Overall review: I would recommend this for anyone who wants a dependable, comfortable ride to work, especially in the city.

Overpriced headache by Steve L on 01/19/2007. Trim: 2007 Toyota Corolla S, Owned 1 year.
Pros: The seats are comfortable for short trips and the dash lights up very well at night
Cons: The reliability of this car is not good at all. So far in less than 3 months it's been in for warranty repairs for: driver's power window stopped working, tachometer broke, trunk lid would not shut without being slammed hard, front passenger door rattles, rear view mirror fell off the windshield and lastly the gas gauge stopped working
Overall review: The quality is simply not what Toyota advertises. It's my first Toyota and my last. Seems like everytime I see a car broken down on the side of the road it's a Toyota
