Best SUV
by Ron - Torrance, Ca. on 04/01/2010.
Trim: 2007 Lincoln Navigator Ultimate 4X4, Owned 3 years.
1
Pros:
Great looking, although the momochrome is the best. One of the only true 4x4 left, not AWD.
Cons:
Could have a little more power
Overall review:
9.5 out of 10.0

Never a Lincoln Again
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 11/18/2008.
Trim: 2007 Lincoln Navigator Ultimate 4X2, Owned 1 year.
1
Pros:
Car has a nice smooth ride. its roomy and that's about it.
Cons:
within 1 month of ownership my transmission starts to get stuck in gears (endless revving but no acceleration). i went to 2 different lincoln dealers and the problem is still there. The supposed heated/cooled seats stopped working 6 months in. The Navigation is about as hard to use as any i've had. It actually gives you incorrect directions. It drove me into a dead end street and told me to turn left?
Overall review:
I would never ever buy a lincoln product again. Worse than the car being such a lemon, the service departments at the 2 dealerships i've been to are the most inept and unproffessional i've had to deal with. when the lease is up, im throwing them the keys and saying....good riddance.

Love the L
by Wannabe1 on 09/12/2007.
Trim: 2007 Lincoln Navigator L 4X2, Owned less than 1 year.
1
Pros:
Safe feeling when driving in traffic and passengers love the captain seats in second row. The L has a huge storage compartment behind third row seats that I rarely need to fold them down. Power is adequate compared to my old Expedition XLT and it handles all the power accessories when turned on.
Cons:
The ignition switch is located below the steering wheel and it is visible only if you bend over.
Overall review:
For those with small families and can afford the price, this is the ultimate SUV. It rolls along smoothly while keeping the kids happy with the THX certified DVD player as the sound is as good as my home entertainment system. We are already planning a long road trip to test out all of the Navigator L's qualities.

Rides like a buck, board and wagon
by Lloyd from Lowcountry on 07/06/2007.
Trim: 2007 Lincoln Navigator Ultimate 4X2, Owned 1 year.
1
Pros:
The 3rd row folds down by pressing 2 buttons.
Cons:
Seats are thin with no support, lumbar support is barely there, 20" Pirelli's and stiff shocks make ride almost unbearable. Running boards folding down is not practical in so many ways. My ride to work is 25 minutes, and by the time I get there my back and behind are sore. This is our family vehicle, so on a 5 hour trip to see Grandma, I was popping Ibuprofen for my back and legs...no kidding.
Overall review:
I have owned my Nastygator for 8 months, and I find it incredibly hard to believe that anyone REALLY likes this vehicle. The rave reviews for a 10.0 makes me wonder if that's FordLincoln trying to offset a poor average rating. When Consumer Reports gave this vehicle a 5.0 average, they were being very gracious. Test drive on different terrains. Before you sign on the dotted line, ask the dealer if you may use the vehicle for the weekend. You will choose something different on Monday.

Amazing
by Richard on 12/20/2006.
Trim: 2007 Lincoln Navigator Ultimate 4X4, Owned less than 1 year.
1
Pros:
The ride is very smooth. The 20" wheels look amazing. The new styling is much sleeker than the previous model, and it actually cost less than my 2003.
Cons:
Nothing stands out as really lacking.
Overall review:
I have had excellent service so far. I have almost 10k miles and no problems to report.
