For Me - The Perfect Truck by Ridgeline Fan on 03/29/2012. Trim: 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTL w/ Moonroof, Owned 2 years.

Pros: I have owned the 2007 RTL for just over two years and I love it. Ride is fantastic, more like a luxury car than a truck. It has very versatile storage. For example not only does it have the trunk under the bed, the back seats easily fold up so that whole back area can be filled up. It even has an angled ledge that allows you to easily slide cargo in and out. I recently purchased a big Flat Screen TV that easily slid into the back seat area where I knew it would be safe on the trip home. I love the trunk under the bed and use it when we go grocery shopping so that they are out of the wind and weather. The dual opening tailgate is also super handy.
Cons: MPGs is only about 18. If I am on a long highway trip it is a little better. As gas continues to rise it is now a concern.
Overall review: It is a dependable truck that is more for everyday use. One that both men and women can enjoy. If someone wants a day to day dependable, comfortable vehicle and yet also have the versatilty of a truck this is perfect. If you want a work truck that gets daily heavy use then I don't think this is the one.

All I Need In A Truck..... by DrZew on 07/10/2012. Trim: 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTX, Owned 5 years.

Pros: Full size cab ..Compact Truck
Cons: Engine a little weak but its a V6 It can still do the job
Overall review: I bought this truck new in 2007 and LOVE it. It is not a stump jumper or rock crawler. But its 4wd is very capable. I have had many 4wd trucks and this fits My needs perfectly. It handles snow covered roads like a dream. It tows my boat and my atvs. It carrys my snowblower, lawnmower and all my junk. Best of all when asked to "Help Me Move " I say sorry trucks to Small. Die hard 4x4 owners laugh But I Don't Care With Honda reliability I am very satisfied. Try One You WILL Be Surprised.

In this case - "Buy American" makes much more sense!! by JoeTrucker - Texas on 02/06/2009. Trim: 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTL w/ Moonroof, Owned 2 years.

Pros: My wife liked the idea of a trunk in the bed. It is a good idea, but not really as practical as you think it would be.
Cons: "truck" is a joke. This is a poorly engineered vehicle built on a weak passenger car platform. CV Joints have failed twice in the front, dealer has been very difficult to deal with, mileage is very poor - much worse than my Eddie Bauer Explorer with a V8!! This vehicle has the worst turning radius of any vehicle I have ever owned - maybe they were trying to limit the front wheel movement due to the CV joint problem - which two mechanics have told me is widespread.
Overall review: This vehicle may seem ok to someone who has never driven a robust true truck or SUV. The ride quality is OK - but no better than many 1/2 ton pickups, and worse than GM or Ford. The only time I put a heavy load in the bed, I was not comfortable driving - not like driving a real truck. My opiinion is that many people buy these for the "trunk" in the bed - and then later regret their purchase.

Pros: Everything-It is a lady's truck! Shopping is a breeze with this truck!! Live out in the country and have to do all shopping at one time.
Cons: MPG could be better but after all it is a truck...
Overall review: Will keep buying Ridgelines as long as they keep making them...

I own it, I drive it, I like it. by Middle aged with kids from the deep south. on 10/18/2006. Trim: 2007 Honda Ridgeline RT, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: Smooth car-like ride. Peppy engine. Good road feel. Enough room for my wife and three young children. Plenty of storage space. All wheel drive works well. I like the large heat & air and volume control knobs.
Cons: I get between 15.3 and 16.2 miles per gallon. I wish the steering wheel telescoped and I wish it tilted more than it does. I should have gotten the power seat. Plan ahead when filling the bed. Under bed trunk can not open when bed is full. Did I mention the poor gas milage?
Overall review: I test drove a Ridgeline with power seats. My RT with manual seats was harder to get comfortable in. I got a speeding ticket soon after taking delivery because it never seems to be going as fast as the speedometer indicates. I've owned several 4 wheel drive trucks and this Ridgeline works better off road than you'd think from looking at it. It seems to me that this vehicle is actually a front wheel drive veh with rear wheel drive added as an after thought. Be careful of the low clearance. The front sits lower than the rear and the under side of the trunk was not designed to be a skid plate. On road is where the Ridgeline really shines. No other truck that I know of with a bed rides so smooth and quiet. Nail the throttle and the 4.3 six cylinder sings an angery tone that could satisfy a NASCAR fan. Fit and finish are very good. The dealer said the first oil change was at 7,500 miles but the vehicles computer told me to change it at 6,500 miles. I changed it at 7,200 miles.
