Malibu.......not disappointed! by Charles from TN on 04/07/2011. Trim: 2007 Chevrolet Malibu LT1, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great styling! Mine looks exactly like the one in the above picture. The 4 cyl actually has decent power. Super fuel economy. I get about 26 in town and 29 with mixed city/hwy driving. On a trip I have squeezed out about 37 mpg's. Interior room is great. Ride is firm, yet comfortable. And it has lot's of features for the price. Very dependable, too.
Cons: One little problem is that the control switch on the drivers door for the interior lights (turns interior lights on when door is open and off when door closes) occasionally malfunctions. Kind of irritating, but not a major problem considering that my last car was a Volkswagen with endless problems.
Overall review: LOTS of bang for your buck! It's sporty, yet thrifty without a huge sacrifice in power. I highly recommend one!

Semi coming by An MSN Autos Consumer on 05/21/2010. Trim: 2007 Chevrolet Malibu LS, Owned 3 years.
Pros: Not much--boring style
Cons: Very very noisey when running, sounds like a semi going down the street, everyone turns to look to see what it is. Very embarassing.
Overall review: Do not buy one

Malibu 07 by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/27/2010. Trim: 2007 Chevrolet Malibu LS, Owned 3 years.
Pros: Good mileage for the Gas ( mine is a 4 cylinder ), almost trouble free, just minor issues
Cons: Interior is made out of a very low quality cloth, just by sitting it was broken, the electric chair broke a year after purchasing, doesnt have power when we went to a vacation trip going up the mountain the car couldnt do it, got hot and lost almost all power, gasoline indicator broke a year after purchasing the car for no reason, the outside paint is made out of a very bad quaility it got scratched by whatever
Overall review: We got a 0 miles new car from the Chevy dealer, it was a good deal for the money but I will never pay the same for a malibu than for a toyota camry or any other japanese car that seems to be of a much better quailty

"Modern Muscle Car" by Bill from Ca on 10/01/2009. Trim: 2007 Chevrolet Malibu SS [Discontinued], Owned 1 year.
Pros: Awesome performance from a torquey V6. Great acceleration, handling and braking. Good visibility, definately a driver's car. Drove 1200 miles in one day comfortably. Averaged over 26 mpg on 6000 mile coast to coast to coast trip. Has the quickness of an early 60's SS and good manners of a modern performance sedan. Chevy did it right.
Cons: Nothing, a great car
Overall review: The European roots of the Opel Vectra are evident in this car. Stiff but not offensive ride. OnStar is a definate plius.
