Good Rental Car by NM Lexus on 11/01/2006. Trim: 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid FWD 4-Cylinder, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: pretty ok. I would buy a mercury mariner hybrid for the money i spent on it
Cons: Poor milage. No where near what it said to get. Maybe 22-24 in city, highway more like 25-27. Gettin ready to take it back to the dealer.
Overall review: A good car for rental car companies. Cheap, "green friendly", could make a rental company some good income. People will see it as so cool that its a Hybrid. And then you get your money, and GM loses a potential sell.

Eco-Mobile by An MSN Autos Consumer on 12/21/2007. Trim: 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid FWD 4-Cylinder, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Exterior and Interior appearance are generally good for a vehicle in this price range. Visibility is great and the vehicle is peppy but it won't break any racing records. 5-star crash ratings, head curtain airbags certainly a plus. Radio controls are intuitive but takes getting used to as do the window controls. On-star, xm, leather, steering wheel controls are great. The car makes you drive more efficiently by keeping an eye on the eco and charge/assist gauges.
Cons: Some interior plastic slightly misaligned and sharp around the edges but you really need a discerning eye to find it. No electronic stability control but at least there is traction control.
Overall review: Very good hybrid for the price and features.

no spare, no jack. by lena on 05/02/2007. Trim: 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid FWD 4-Cylinder, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: we have found that when buying gasoline at the more expensive stations (shell and chevron) we got the gas mileage that they advertised. we like how the vehicle drives, it is smooth and shifts well. compared to our 05 nissan quest this car is great for gas mileage.
Cons: no spare tire, no jack. power windows are in an odd location.
Overall review: we were left stranded on the oregon coast out of cell phone and satellite signal with a flat tire. we discovered that it had no spare and no jack despite lithia dealership telling us it did. when we talked to lithia they said it had run flat tires which it did not. neither saturn or lithia were willing to fix this problem. this is my 3rd saturn vehicle and we will not be purchasing another one because of this. it is not safe to sell someone a new car knowing it doesn't have a spare and leaving them with no safety net.

2007 Saturn VUE Green Line Hybrid: AWESOME! by 2007 Saturn VUE Green Line Hybrid Owner from Virginia Beach on 10/30/2006. Trim: 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid FWD 4-Cylinder, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Attractive features, fuel efficient, great handling, very comfortable, plenty and well configured cargo space, and enjoyable to drive. I have actually exceeded EPA ratings by changing my driving habits without sacrificing driving pleasure through peripheral awareness of the "ECO" indicator while driving.
Overall review: The 2007 Saturn VUE Green Line Hybrid is a superlative SUV that offers unmatched utility for the price!

Very disappointing fuel economy - does not come close to the EPA numbers by An MSN Autos Consumer on 10/28/2006. Trim: 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line Hybrid FWD 4-Cylinder, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Very practical and roomy with much refined interior over earlier models. The hybrid engine is smooth and quiet.
Cons: Way, way poorer MPG than claimed. We are getting around 21 city and the best we've managed is 26 on a freeway trip.
Overall review: Decent enough vehicle that's practical but the fuel efficiency is barely better than a V6 (we got 19 on the 2003 we traded in). If you are buying it for the fuel efficiency, don't - the premium is not worth the 1-2 MPG saving over the V6 or 4 for that matter. If you want a smoother engine than their other offerings, this is a good option.
