Pros:
Styling, It has everything that some 09' cars still don't have, VSA works great. Handles well. Customer service under 1st owner
Cons:
Gas mileage. MPG Avg is about 15 city / 20 hwy. Maintenance is a bit pricey.
Customer service under current owner
Overall review:
Don't know what people are talking about when they say the VSA dosen't work on this vehicle. I have found it amazing in light snowy conditions when the roads are slick. Almost impossible to make it slide. (It is true that my MDX didn't come witht the 5x's roll over protection pkg, not sure what he was expecting) I've put 45000 miles on it in 3 years and haven't had a single thing go wrong. I just have had to replace the tires and change the oil, that's it!!! Very solid vehicle. Choose your dealer carefully. The lowest price might not always be the best deal in the long run. My dealer treated me like a king at first, but then changed hands and then tried to hose me on a new set of tires. I would consider another Acura, but not at that dealer.

Cons:
High dollar maintenance (through Acura) can hear some noise wind noise inside, stereo system
Overall review:
Just Love it! next vehicle will definetly be another MDX or RDX. I've test driven several, loved this one the best.

Grossly overated

Trim: 2006 Acura MDX Touring Package, Owned 2 years.

Pros:
fair utility hauler and that's it.
Cons:
AWD system a joke it offers no traction control in light snow or slippery conditions, poor interior materials, dash was easily damaged by child as the color is only a decal, numerous interior rattles, bumper to body fit poor, rear hatch a pain to close, rear hatch glass does not open, old fashioned high beam switch, short on front seat legroom, 3rd row seats a joke, cargo cover an extra charge item, ipod link a pain to use, poor fuel economy with premium fuel requirement, road noise, passenger mirror tilts down when backing up, poor rear visibility.
Overall review:
I'm overall disappointed with this "SUV". I had a 99 Tahoe that was far better overall despite it was abused. I was trying to downsize and that was a big mistake. The Acura gets the same fuel economy as the Tahoe did and the Tahoe had a V8 with more power. The Tahoe also never had a rattle or squeak despite being so heavily off-roaded during its of its life. This car was a big mistake and I should have kept the Tahoe. The Tahoe was a true 4WD and would handle wonderfully in snow even without any fancy traction control system. Our Honda Civic does better under the same conditions the Acura fails miserably.
I don't even enjoy driving it which 1-1/2 years later it on still has less than 3500 miles.
