Perfect For A New Buyer!!!!!!!!!! by Tiffaney (Atlanta, Georgia) on 06/11/2006. Trim: 2006 Suzuki Reno Base, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: i like the fact that it really doesn't take much to push the car. a lot of times i don't realize how fast i am going until i look.(good thing!) at first i had wanted the forenza because it has a bigger body but after i got this i was like i kinda like it. all my friends say that it looks like me so i guess that is good. another thing that i like is that it has a mp3 player. i like the interior and all the featurs that come with the car considering the price.
Cons: the only thing that i can think of about it is the color. i am really not partial to white cars black looks so much better with everything. when i got the car they did not have the black so i got white. but everything else i like.
Overall review: overall i think that this is a good size car especially if it is a first buy like me. it has plenty of room and coming from a 2000 ford focus it has more room than that. if you are looking to get this car it might be best to review the other modles of the reno or suzuki before making your decision on this one. the car packs a lot for the punch, and i do not think that you will be dissappointed at all at the performance. i think that it has good handles and i like the fact that the steering wheel is not light at all. it enables you to have more control over the car. i think that it is a good choice all around. really you should check out the warrenty and all the standard features that the reno offers. suzuki gives you the freedom to pick and choose the package that fits you better but even if you get the base care the s it still offers all the standard features.(power windows, locks, and cd/radio/mp3 player) bottom line this is a car that i think anyone can love.

Euraisian Experience by 2nd Childhood from Columbus on 06/20/2006. Trim: 2006 Suzuki Reno Convenience, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: I love the feel of the feather light clutch and 5 speed and the handling. It has zip coming out of gear changes and zips in and out of traffic like a little race car. I love the Italian Euro design. I drove other models and test drove this for grins. I was pleasantly surprized to find how comfortable it was with so many standard options. It actually makes me feel 20 years younger driving it and it's red! :0 I also like the roomy interior, fits 5 comfortably and the fact that I can haul stuff if needed. Good sound system CDMP3. Side airbags.....! I think it is a sound, tight ride for a small car.
Cons: Mid range on gas........I had a Neon and it got 27 mph. This gets about 31.......was hoping to do this or more on mpg. And would like it to be Flex with ethanol E-85, not sure if it is....... door locks are key operated only to keep you from locking your keys in the car.
Overall review: Just a pleasure to drive and I don't get ga-ga over driving a car! If it makes me smile......it is a pretty darned good vehicle. Price is great with all the standard options. Perfect for singles or 1st car buyers and the European styling and warranty......... I am talking to my kids about each of them getting one.

Very Cool Euro Trendy Car!!!!!!! by JC Laguna Beach Ca on 05/31/2006. Trim: 2006 Suzuki Reno Base, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: It has more power than Scion XA,XB,Toyota Yaris,Honda Fit and it is designed by famous Italian sports car firm. It also costs less with a much better fully transferrable warranty. Best for the buck!!!
Cons: They sell so fast I had trouble getting the color I wanted.
Overall review: The Reno with the manual transmission is your best choice. Very Euro feeling and fun to drive.

Wow, what kind of car is that? by Philadelphia, Pa on 04/16/2006. Trim: 2006 Suzuki Reno Base, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: The obscure Reno is a comfortable, peppy little European inspired hatchback that comes witha surprising level of Standard Equipment. My base model has power windows, locks, mirrors (heated!), steering assist, side airbags, and an excellent am/fm/cd/cassette radio, making it easy to attach an iPod via a tape adaptor. The car is peppy on the highway, and despite reading complaints, i love the buttery smooth 5-speed manual transmission.
Cons: The only complaint I have are the gas mileage is lower than comparable vehicles such as the Scion xA and new Honda Fit, i average about 28 mpg with 70% highway 30% city driving.
Overall review: If you are in the market for a hatchback, and have been considering the Scion xA, i recommend a look at the Reno. The Reno not only has a surprising amount of standard equipment, but also comes with a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty,

Inexpensive not cheap by Rad, Maryland on 04/04/2006. Trim: 2006 Suzuki Reno Base, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Suzuki has a WINNER! Great ITAL styling, loaded with standard features, and a rock bottom price with the $1500 rebate. An additional $1500 is available if you are in the military, have a Suzuki in the family, or are a recent college grad. The standard 140W 8 spkr cd/cassete/mp3 audio system is fantastic. The build quality is excellent and the 7yr/100k mile warranty betters Hyundai/Kia by being fully transferable with no deductible. Hyundai's is 10yr but realisticly who will drive this little commuter only 10k per year. Every test I read knocked the gas mileage but I got an incredible 31 on my first tank with mostly highway miles.
Cons: Actually nothing. If I had to say something I would like to see Suzuki improve the handling it would go with the spiffy body style.
Overall review: This car is a bargain. I purchased a Toyota Corolla 16 years ago without many of the features on this car, such as 4 wheel disk brakes, side air bags, 140w 8spkr stereo etc. etc. for the SAME price. Do your own research and compare the content of this vehicle with anything else at the price, you will be amazed.
