I have owned several SUVs and this one is among the most enjoyable. VERY comfortable and roomy. Mine is fully loaded with accessories and I feel it was very reasonably priced.

Cars are like anything else. If you take care of it (maintenance, wash and wax, keep it clean, etc.) they will take care of you.

A costly vehicle
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 07/31/2012.
Owned 6 years.
Useful?
Pros:
It rides, brakes, and tows nice. It is comfortable.
Cons:
I am on my 3rd radiator ($750.00 each) and just replaced the air conditioner compressor/dryer for $775.00 at 92,000 miles. My local mechanics gave me a computer print-out stating a radiator problem with this model. They asked me to take this and the vehicle to an authorized Ford dealer to have the computer reprogrammed for the radiator. The information contained a recommended computer setting. After looking at the information, the repair "salesman" says there has been only one radiator problem at their dealership. Lucky me! I asked him how radiators replacements would it take..4, 5..? No response. My floor shifter also froze early on and had to be replaced. On the 15 MPG side.
Overall review:
It contains very annoying costly issues that I would prefer to use the money elsewhere. Because of this, I would give it a 3.
