 |
| Pros: |
| very nice handling (like a car), interior (especially leather), DVD player, sound system, neat center control system, navigation, large cargo area, 3rd row seating (not alot of leg space, but nice width and angle), reliability. |
|
 |
| Cons: |
| despite ability to seat 7, the only two places you can put a car seat is the outer rear seats (no LATCH in center-rear, or any of the 3rd row seats); manufacturer does not recomend car seats in these positiions). Engine seems a little underpowered and likes to rev (but this is probably by design), loud suspension noise (though does a good job), although you can move rear seat forward/backward along track there is not alot of space when pushed all the way back, thus there is not much space for backseat passengers (I'm 5'8 and can just about get comfortable with similar sized people up front). |
|
 |
| Overall Review: |
| Nicely styled and appointed car with great handling, but back space a little cramped and only able to place two car-seats desipte seating for seven. |

| Pros: |
| I wanted the safest, most reliable, 3 row vehicle with tow capacity. Love the interior dash. I check out all car interiors in pking lots, and this dash looks much more high end than many high ends. Love my tan lthr interior always looks bright & clean. I only see 1 other Tribeca on the rd per month in a metro-area of 2+million people. I am a car person. If I am going to spend money on a car, I don't want to see 30 other pple everyday driving the same vehicle. 2006 looks very European. Love the ride, and my tan interior w/ dk gry carpt floors. Awesome for kids. Front seats w/ lthr backs. Sport shift! Heated wndshld and mirrors, heatd seats ,dual climate control , rear wndshld wiper |

| Cons: |
| We only have 2 children and we live 4 minutes from school and can walk most places in our community. Therefore, I am okay with the 3rd row since we only use it part time and only for our children's friends. Love the fact that the 2nd row moves back and forth about 8 inches gives adults in the second row plenty of room. Would like a seating arrangement like the Acadia with 3 in the third row and an aisle.
My bigger issue is the small gas tank - 13 gallons, I think. However, all the features above make up for these small annoyances. |

| Love this car. If you have 3 kids, I would choose something else. |

| Pros: |
| Boxer 6cyl engine much improvement for power from 2.2 and 2.5. Nice features as puddle lights, under seat foot lights and dash lights, has more beverage holders. Limited offers nice features as DVD player with wireless head phones, dual power seats with seat warmers, rear air, tint windows.
Subaru has always had a great heater system. |
|
 |
| Cons: |
| Seats could be a bit more comfortable, access latch to 3rd row seat needs more refined design.Limited could use better stereo (no comparison to Audi Bose system).Need rear vents for heater, should design it to come from center console.Steering could be a bit less jerky. |

| As a Subaru owner since the 80's ,I have purched many models of Subarus. Subaru has stepped up to the plate to capture the attention of people who are looking for features found in upper $$ cars such as Audi,BMW,Hondas without paying the big dollars. If you are looking for a dependable AWD vehicle that is fun to drive and does not kill the pocket book when it come time for maintenance, subaru is a good choice. |

| Pros: |
| Nice SUV/Luxury for the price. I own this for past two years and really impressed with quality and performance. My driving is not rough 50% highway 50% city , I get about 21MPG not bad for AWD SUV. My kids love it ... I am not rating 10 just because there is always more you expect for money like memory seats. My son wants rear heated seats (like my other Audi A6). |
|
 |
| Cons: |
| Memory seats, rear heated seats: Rear cargo space could have been little better. |

| Nice family vehicle, I bought to replace my Sienna, AWD handles well. My friends who got the ride mentioned it's much smoother for SUV. (Which I personally doesn’t prefer, SUV should be little hard). But everyone loves it. It's the unique SUV on my office parking lot. |

| Pros: |
| Handling in any condition is amazing. In the snow it drives it's self. Very smooth ride with a high end feel for performance and styling. My 5th Subaru, the best yet. I love it. |
|
 |
| Cons: |
| when parked on a slant the tranny is clunky when you shift it into gear. Sometimes when turning the vehicle, the radio buttons on the steering wheel get pushed accidently. When the temp gets down around frezzing the low tire pressure light always comes on even if the presure is good. Could get alot better gas mileage. |
