love this truck/car/minivan

Pros:
For a suv very good gas mileage, smooth ride. Very nice car i wish ford would keep making them. Have taken several trips in it no problem what so ever.
Cons:
had to have brakes and roters replaced do to factory recall, dealership handle it very well.

Very Practical, but no fun

Pros:
It is a very comfortable ride. It is great for a family, easy to get kids in and out and have room for stuff. The third row is easy to get to and comfortable. It's not a minivan, or a gas guzzler. It is extremely practical.
Cons:
It's not fun to drive. I hate that is has been renamed Taurus X - reminds me of my parents family car. Really I have not much negative to say about the vehicle. We did have initial problems with the paint chipping on the fenders, but it was fixed under warrenty and has not happened again.
Overall review:
Overall this is a very reliable car, practical car for our family of four. I was looking for a wagon, but this seemed like a good option. Not as much fun as a Subaru (or as good of gas mileage) but the room is great. We love this car for longer trips.

Okay Family Van but worried about it's reliability.

Pros:
Lots of room. Love the power doors and hatch, great if you have small kids.
Cons:
We have had several problems with our new van. Brakes not working properly, oil leak, some electronics not working properly. Hate the location of the DVD player, it blocks the view out the rear view mirror.
Overall review:
A good family car but worried how reliable it is going to be in a few years time.

Nice alternative to a gas guzzler

Pros:
Nice quiet ride, very roomy. Even my 6'2 husband can sit comfortably in the third row. Also does very well on gas milage for its size.
Cons:
Second row locked up and the kids have to climb over the seat to get in the back. Problems with the air bag light going off and gas gauge showing empty when its full.
Overall review:
Overall its a good car/SUV, can just be a hassle to get fixed.
