This Terraza has done everything we have asked for during 7 years by Welshman from Cardiff on 05/26/2012. Trim: 2005 Buick Terraza CXL.
Pros: I have owned the vehicle since new, May 2005. I have serviced it each 3,500 miles and always with the same dealer. I have never had a serious problem to resolve other than those might reasonably expect with a vehicle of such age and mileage. I love the ability to remove all the seats to give all the volume we need to run our part time business. Mileage per gallon is always above 22 in overall use. A recent trip from Austin, Texas, to Fort Worth, Texas, say 180 miles each way gave us 26.70 mph going and 27.80 coming home. What more could you wish for? We keep records in a book in the van, of all we do with the van, mileage, speed, gas usage, all costs related to the vehicle, etc.
Cons: The van is 7 years old and has many of the features common with vehicles of that age. You get what you looked over at time of purchase. Then was the time to complain about about those same features.
Overall review: Why would I want to sell this great performer????

"Waste of Money!" by Mom in MN on 09/02/2011. Trim: 2005 Buick Terraza CXL, Owned 4 years.
Pros: It handles fairly well and rides smoothly.
Cons: I have had several internal issues--non-driving related. From the lights in the dash burning out (a $500 repair) to the heated seat not working (a $400 repair) to the CD, DVD, and XM stereo going out ($1000 repair). Other items--such as the door handle inserts needing replacment often, cruise working only some times, traction contol lights going on too often to signal an issue that doesn't exist--are also there. The internal parts are junk--and neither Buick nor GM will stand behind the vehicle to help with any of these costly repairs. It's one thing to have an issue with a vehicle, but it's worse to have the compay refuse to offer any help is frustrating to say the least.
Overall review: Buick/GM "customer service" is an oxymoron--there is no such thing. They pretend to listen and then wait a few days to call back, in one case saying they checked with the mechanic (when I found out they never even called him), and decided they couldn't help after all. (Sad, huh? A company that makes so much money can't offer $500 to help out a loyal customer!) So, don't waste your time or money--buy a non-GM vehicle. ANY company is undoubtedly better than GM.

Cons: This van has been in the shop way too many times. Problems with the dash board with rattles and vibrates. Lots of road noise, this is not a quite vehicle. First and last time I buy Buick
Overall review: Do not buy this van. There is a reason that it is not being sold anymore. I am trading mine in
