Vantastic!

Pros:
Visibility from the driver's seat is EXCELLENT in all directions. Looking DOWN at Excursions Expeditions and Suburbans. Van's design makes excellent use of space. Easier to manuver than you'd think. Alloy wheels really improve the vehicles appearance.
Cons:
Ordered this vehicle instead of buying it off the lot. Daimler-Chrysler took forever to build and ship. Altogether nearly 30 days later than the dealers estimate.
Could use more power... 6cylinder engine or more turbo. More sound insulation! The van gets noisy on hills. Even the short height version won't fit in most garages.
Overall review:
We went to 2 Dodge dealers but got better service from ATL Freightliner. He ordered it with everything we wanted incuding the 5 spoke alloy wheels instead of the standard steel wheel (highly recommended, really improves the appearance).
It's been 2.5 weeks but we're pleased overall.

It may say Dodge on the front...but it's a Mercedes
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/19/2005.
Trim: 2005 Dodge Sprinter Wagon 2500 High Ceiling 118-in. WB, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
In comparison to the competition the Sprinter is a rolling bank vault. The seats are highly adjustable and very comfortable for a van. Giant interior yet easy to park. The acceleration is better than expected. Nimble handling.
Cons:
The steering wheel angle is like a bus; and that takes time to get used to. The optional AM/FM CD is low powered. Altough mileage is in the mid twenties (and sometimes higher) diesel is more expensive than unleaded.
Overall review:
We use this for both finished goods and passenger hauling. It's good at both. It's more expensive than other vans, but the build quality and driving experience puts it in a class by itself.
