GMC Yukon XL by Texas Caddy on 01/23/2008. Trim: 2005 GMC Yukon XL 1500 2WD, Owned 3 years.

Pros: No issues with this vehicle. Runs on regular gas and gets 17MPG in city driving. Lots of room for 7-8 passengers. 60,000 plus miles and has not been back to the shop.

Cons: Not a thing.

Overall review: Had a Chevy prior to the GMC. Very similar, but the GMC has a little better handling characteristics.

"The Most Versatile full size SUV" by KennyJay in Kentucky, by way of Florida on 03/05/2005. Trim: 2005 GMC Yukon XL 1500 4WD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: Everything. I'm 6ft 4in tall. I've rode in Expeditions, Escalades and other Full size SUV's. The Yukon is by far, the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. We are on our 4th Yukon. Just plain the "BEST".

Cons: $2000.00 Navigation system.

MUST HAVE FOR FAMILIES by An MSN Autos Consumer on 12/02/2004. Trim: 2005 GMC Yukon XL 2500 4WD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY IT'S A MUST HAVE.

Cons: NOTHING.

Overall review: I WON'T OWN ANOTHER VEHICLE UNTIL THE KIDS ARE GROWN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE. TOOK A TRIP THIS FALL, AND IT WAS THE EASIEST ONE WE'VE EVER MADE.

Really like but long term cost a question by An MSN Autos Consumer on 04/11/2013. Trim: 2005 GMC Yukon XL 1500 4WD.

Useful?

Pros: Ability to move people, handled great, nice pick up

Cons: Interior is a bit cheap. Gas mileage is a worry in city

Overall review: Really considering buying, just trying to decide if its worth the cost when I only travel long distances a few times a year.

Pros: Mostly the interior!

Cons: I don't dislike anything!

Overall review: I think this is one if the most comfortable cars to travel or for a big family or even for sports!
