Beautiful but has its problems.

Pros:
Beautiful vehicle. Lovely interior. Nice riding SUV.
Cons:
Bad on gas, and requires premium. Steering wheel squeaks with every turn. Had in shop twice for rear wheel problems. Loud road noise.
Overall review:
I really like this car. But the premium gas requirement is a negative.

by An MSN Autos Consumer on 04/10/2007.
Trim: 2005 Lincoln Aviator AWD Luxury, Owned 2 years.

Pros:
I love the vehicle because it has the third row of seating but it is a mid-size suv.
Cons:
It could use a little more leg room for those large men.
Overall review:
This car is ideal for me and I am sorry they discontinued it.

Great vehicle
by Wife's vehicle from Georgia on 11/25/2012.
Trim: 2005 Lincoln Aviator Luxury, Owned 3 years.
Useful?
Pros:
It has plenty of power, looks great, and drives great and sound system is great. I bought this for my wife used over 3 years ago and she won't let me trade it.
Cons:
Not quite roomy enough even with the bucket seats in the back, they are stationary and the driver's seat won't go back enough for a tall person. The DVD screen is too small and the tall gate cracked which seems to be a standard issue with explorers too. Have had a issue with a tire continually leaking and the engine light came on which the code says need a cat sensor. Also had to replace the rear hub bearings.
Overall review:
It's a great SUV if you don't mind premium gas and as any vehicle the larger the more expensive they are to maintain.
