Good ride
by GCS from MN on 12/16/2011.
Trim: 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4WD, Owned 6 years.

Pros:
This has been a great vehicle. Bought it new, and now have about 73,000 miles. Very comfortable road vehicle and gets pretty good gas milage for its size - around 19-20 mpg on the hiway. I have gotten as good as 22 mpg. Also used it for towing a camper and it did so effortlessly. Still on the original tires and battery! Only repair was to fix a clunk in the steering under warrenty.
Cons:
Nothing
Overall review:
Reliable, comfortable, useful, great vehicle!

by the little old lady from pasidena on 08/22/2012.
Trim: 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 4WD, Owned 4 years.
Useful?
Pros:
it is the most comfortable ride i have ever had. having 52 cars between my husband and i in the past 50 years. we have had every american make and several foriegn makes, and the suburban surpasses them all.
Cons:
The fuel milage is bad, but if that is what it takes to feel safe on the road, its well worth it.
Overall review:
i can't say enough good things about this vehicle

versatile vehicle
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/06/2011.
Trim: 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4WD, Owned 2 years.
Useful?
Pros:
The ride is very comfortable. With the sound system and DVD player, time passes quickly for all passengers on long trips.
Cons:
The only problem I have encountered and it can be a big one, is the fact the spare wheel can get hung up on the release system when you need it most. This system of storage is a long ways from fool-proof in ease of operation. It appears routinely removing this tire is necessary to ensure access when it's needed most.
Overall review:
This vehicle is a pleasure to drive and ride in. It operates pretty much as I expected and would highlly recommend whether you need the room for many passengers or to haul a large load.
