Loved the Vic by Silver Vic from Maryland on 07/04/2006. Trim: 1996 Ford Crown Victoria LX, Owned 5 years.

Pros: Purchase with 48,000 miles, now have over 100,000 miles and everything still works.The more I drive it the more satisified I become. The best kept secret of the auto world.

Cons: Avoid the 96-01 because the plastic intake manifold will break; cost $600.00 to repair.Ford did a recall for fleet purchases but not for individuals. (Hint) Buy parts on line will save a ton of money. Professional writers review.

Overall review: I am going to upgrade to the LX Sport with a moon roof. Used of course.

Excellent Car by McRoy from Germantown, TN on 12/06/2000. Trim: 1996 Ford Crown Victoria LX, Owned 4 years.

Pros: Strong engine, Drives like a sportscar, Good gas mileage, Lots of room

Cons: In four years the only defect this car has had is a slightly warped dash cover. This is a minor irritation but it continues to recur.

Overall review: This vehicle has every option that Ford offered including load leveling, anti-lock brakes and handling package and everything continues to work perfectly. This is the second one of these that I've owned and while the first one was good, this one is better.

Pros: theres not much WE don't like,Ride, driving,performance, looks, all leather interior,4 wheel disc brakes,Been kept up, washed 3 times a week, at least.has 45000 miles,allmost half way to the first tune upat 100000 miles.th

Cons: the only problem I've had at all, is the AC they had to replace it at 30000 miles , under warrenty, just replacedthe tires a few weeks back. ready for another 45 or 50000 miles.

Overall review: we loved this car after we got it, only car we ever purchased by ordering it from from the factory with every thing on it we wanted on it. still do.
