"Roomy with class" by Pacific NW on 07/16/2011. Trim: 2004 Lincoln Town Car Ultimate, Owned 2 years.
Pros: Smooth quiet ride. Low wind, road and engine noise. It's nice to be able to carry on a conversation or play music at lower volume and not feel as if you're shouting. Good handling for a large sedan. Low maintenance costs. Good shoulder and legroom. Enormous trunk space. Fuel economy is good for the size and weight of vehicle. Acceleration is adequate. Driver and passenger seats are very comfortable especially on longer road trips. Great to be able to travel short or long distances without trying to cram five or six individuals into a car really designed for four.
Cons: Only came with a single cd player.
Overall review: This is my first towncar. Have owned a grand marquis before and this definitely offers a step up in quality and comfort. This car has been inexpensive to own and maintain. It doesn't pretend to be anything else and meets all my expectations for a large luxury sedan in it's price range.

The pacesetter. by Don, 83 year old retired minister in Boise, Idaho on 07/10/2009. Trim: 2004 Lincoln Town Car Ultimate L, Owned 3 years.
Pros: The Lincoln Towncar is the finest, best performing, most comfortable, quiet, and most economical of any car we have owned. On the highway we get between 28 and 29 miles per gallon, and we have over 41,000 miles on the initial Michelin tires, with another 15,000 miles before we need to replace them. My wife and I enjoy the quietness of performance, and the comfort of the ride. It has been my dream to own a Towncar and we are enjoying it beyond description.
Cons: The trunk is humongous, but difficult to place heavy articles into it. But we do enjoy the size of the trunk.
Overall review: Without exception, our Lincoln Towncar is the finest automobile we have owned during our lifetime.
