Rodeo by An MSN Autos Consumer on 07/31/2008. Trim: 2003 Isuzu Rodeo S V6 4WD, Owned 4 years.

Pros: Very stylish vehicle. Factory shocks a little squishy. I replaced them and greatly improved ride. Car has decent power. If you get the 2004 model with Direct Injection big difference. I could afford at time, but a lot nicer engine.
Cons: Could have a little better suspension from factory.
Overall review: I like the vehicle and had very few problems. Its too bad they stopped production on them. I think they had a good product they could have done some tweaking too.

Don't Buy by Transplant Houstonian on 05/06/2008. Trim: 2003 Isuzu Rodeo S 2WD, Owned 5 years.

Pros: Thought the body style looked good.
Cons: Bounces all over the road, shimmies, shakes, brakes poorly. Paint is chipping off prematurely. Bad gas mileage, 16 mpg or less.
Overall review: I would not buy this vehicle again.

Pros: the looks, the moonroof, and six disk in dash cd player
Cons: I have 23,000 on it and its had the blower motor to the heater fixed at 800 miles, it shocks you everytime you get out of it,dealer seems to think this is normal. been in the shop three times for not starting, turn key and get nothing.Replaced a censor said that should take care of it, two months later doing the same thing.custumer service is horrible now I have to drive 100 miles instead of 18 to get it serviced because dealership no longer allowed to do warrenty work.
Overall review: Would not recomend this vehicle to anyone. I am currently in the market for a new car

"Great affordable SUV" by Military man from Denver on 05/21/2005. Trim: 2003 Isuzu Rodeo S V6 2WD, Owned 2 years.
1
Pros: Excellent family vehicle. Just like a child though, you need to take care of it if you want it to take care of you. We have never had any problems with ours.
Cons: I just wish it got better gas mileage. It is an SUV, so I can't really complain.
Overall review: I would recommend this for any family that really doesn't want a mini-van, but can't afford the huge far more expensive SUV's
