Pros:
Handling, Shifter response, fantastic styling, gas mileage, trunk room.
Cons:
run flat tires do not handle well. Replaced with "real" performance tires, made a huge improvement.
Overall review:
I love this vehicle!

Everybody Wants One
by Mona in Gilbert, Arizona on 01/02/2010.
Trim: 2003 BMW Z4 2.5i, Owned 6 years.

Pros:
It is a sporty looking car whose looks will be up to date, for a long time! It is also very comfortable because you can adjust the seat every which way!
Cons:
The tires follow the shape of the road so when the road has a ripple in it, it seems like the car is going to turn, but it doesn't.
Overall review:
I have had this car for 5 years and have loved every minute of it. It draws attention because it is a car that everyone likes to think about purchasing. It sounds like a sports car, looks like a sports car and drives like a sports car, therefore, it is a sports car!

My Blue Z4
by Autoteacher in Macon Georgia on 09/17/2009.
Trim: 2003 BMW Z4 2.5i, Owned 4 years.

Pros:
The fuel economy at cruise 80mph is 28-30 mpg. My car has had no big problems. The pre owned warrenty covered everything including maintenance. My dealer in Macon is great. The brakes, handling and acceleration, it is FUN to drive this car. I teach automotive technology and this is a weel built car. I visited the plant and performance center before buying. You should too.
Cons:
The cup holders are a waste. The seats are wearing thin and will have to be replaced. The run flats are terrible. I replaced them with Kumhos and added a 12v air compressor, fix a flat, and a small tire repair kit from Stopngo. Smooth ride now! hits 100mph with effort. I wanted to trade for new one but the market fell and the cost of new one did not. I was dissapointed in the depreciation.
I will keep this one now
Overall review:
First BMW I have owned. I operated a Auto Service Center for 25 years and serviced and repaired all makes. Always drove Volvos and considered them safe and reliable until they went to FWD. Now I reccomend BMWs. autoteacher

Z4 is an Great car!
by Scott, SEOUL KOREA on 03/05/2009.
Trim: 2003 BMW Z4 2.5i, Owned 1 year.

Pros:
THE POWER IS GREAT FOR SUCH A LITTLE CAR, STYLING IS AWESOME! Top comes down in a whip, driving at 120mph with top down is the same as driving with the top up.
Cons:
The cup holders are in a bad location and when driving on highway it tends to follow the gooves in the road to much. The ride is definately a sports car ride not a comfort ride. Front end a little to low you have to be careful becasue you will hit the front lip on everything.
Overall review:
Excellent overall car great trunk space for a convertible, I put 2 golf club sets in the trunk with the top down!
