15 years and runnung like NEW! 2.3L Engine "The Best"

Pros:
Own this 1994 Ford RANGER pickup 2.3L for 15 years. Execellent engine over 120K miles and continue working like new. No smoke, no leaks good compression. Fix only one time air conditioner(Evaporator). Never change water pump, alternator. One time fix automatic transmission. Paint hold for many year leaving pickup outside de garage.
Cons:
More leg space for a single cab.

Will buy another one ext cab.

Pros:
165000 miles not a problem with anything. Slow on the uphill grade but a little down shifting will let you pull the load just fine. She is geared for work not running fast and I love that just fine. A wonderful Truck and I have never found one better. All round solid that performs as good now as when I bought it.
Cons:
Cab could use a little more leg room. It seems a little tight in there.

Pros:
rides and steers nicely easy to make tight turns very reliable can carry heavy loads easily
has 294000 miles great engine 4wd etc.
I work for Chevy no comparison to S-10 pickup (very wimpy)
Cons:
difficult on steep hills engageing clutch

couldn't have asked for a better first vehicle

Pros:
Definitely pulls its weight, I've had it almost six years and only had to replace a couple things (due to age, clutch etc.) I have a 3.0L V6 with a manual transmission, great gas mileage and not much maintenance needed. I've had to tow a couple things and load it up a couple times a year. Great for moving back and forth to campus, runs great in the city and highway. It's very dependable and of nice quality, tough little truck.
Cons:
Poor acceleration. Even after a tune-up and filter changes it is still slow acceleration, doesn't matter how hard I push on the accelerator.
Overall review:
Overall it's a great truck and I'd recommend it to anyone. Gets great gas mileage and is dependable (do the regular maintenance, rule of thumb).
