Love My Truck by TRE on 08/15/2007. Trim: 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT Sport-Utility Truck, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Great ride quality and styling. Interior is very nice as far as the leather and wood grain. Very strong engine could you alittle bit more horses...But I can add that myself
Cons: Inside controls still have that basic American look...Looking for a little bit more style from the radio and air conditioner. controls. Doesn't have the automatic wipers and no heated rear seats... My 99 STS had both these things and I would've thought that having an 03 EXT that it would have even more gadgets than my 99 STS...
Overall review: I love my truck the ladies love my truck and I think I would be a Cadillac owner as long as I own a vehicle.

Pros: The comfortable ride and all the luxurious features
Overall review: I own a restaurant and operate a banquet hall. The ext is very fuctional when monving food and equipment. I feel like it was built for me. I don't care about fuel economy i live 3 miles from my restaurant. By the way its rollin on dubs.

Great 3/4 ton truck by Ron from Olathe, Kansas on 01/01/2004. Trim: 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT Sport-Utility Truck, Owned 1 year.
Pros: I like the flexibility of the body style, the ride and the nimbleness for the size of the vehicle. The looks far outshine any version of the Avalanche and it just oozes class. This is the first Cadillac I have chosen to buy in almost 20 years and I feel I have made a good choice to return to Cadillac.
Cons: Cadillac could have put some gas shocks on the tail gate. It is way too heavy for my wife to operate and you certainly don't want to try it one handed. They could also have added a rear bumper step similar to Avalanche to make getting up into the bed a little easier.
Overall review: All in all this is a great vehicle. I shopped at the end of 2003 model year and paid $40,000 for it loaded. I have driven Suburbans for my last 4 vehicles and love the fact that I can now haul tall things without having to use a trailer. I have heard some people whine about the "clunk" when downshifting to low, they obviously haven't had an all wheel drive vehicle before. It seems to me that most people don't realize that Cadillac has done some wonderful things with a 3/4 ton chassis. This is a TRUCK and not a luxury CAR, if you want some of those nice little "foo-foo" things then buy a Deville! They need to compare their EXT to all of the 3/4 ton trucks and not the "wimpy" 1/2 ton so-called counterparts. I love my Cadillac TRUCK!!!!
