Pros: Performance and comfort.

Cons: Poor turning radius. Also, the manufacture highly reconmends using at least 91 octane gasoline - which at most pumps is 93. With the fuel costs today this is a big deal - it cost about $27 for a full tank!!!!

Overall review: Great car - good car for the money. The Type S is the way to go.

TLS Acura by Dan on 10/17/2010. Trim: 2003 Acura TL Type-S w/ Navigation System, Owned 7 years.

Pros: Looks good runs good and fast.

Cons: Transmission just went out at 58000 miles. Low miles and lite duty not run hard. Slips and grabs when changing gears. Dealer only paid 40% of repair. Good engine but the Trans is bad.

Acura TL-S disappoints by Jenny San Diego on 03/25/2010. Trim: 2003 Acura TL Type-S w/ Navigation System, Owned 6 years.

Pros: Performance and handling.

Cons: Prior to purchasing the TL-S I owned an Acura Legend for over 12 years. I had no major problems with the Legend, and it aged beautifully. The TL-S has had MAJOR problems - new steering column, two (2) Boze stereos, motor mounts, TWO (2) TRANSMISSIONS (35K repl covered under warranty, but dealer refused to cover 2nd repl at 75K miles), experiencing recent problem with suspension.

Overall review: I will never purchase an Acura again! Not only am I disappointed by the quality of the car, but the dealership did me no favors.
