Pros:
we have made several trips from wv to fl for pleasure, I built a house and hauled everything you name it. the 4.8 motor is unreal the best mileage we ever got was 26.4 miles per gallon the worst is over 12 miles per gallon,southern wv mountains, pulls like a dream and it has had regular oil changes,filters ect... but still at just over 100,000 miles has the original spark plugs in it, one set of brakes just got it's third set of tires,and a new battery, I only wish the salt here hadn't gotten to her rust bout the size of a dime.She's part of the family now and when the time comes to rebuild anything thats just what are plans are to keep it till the wheels fall off then get her somemore lol.

Overall review:
I'm in my mid 50's and have had several trucks f150's,dodge, and gmc, that being said the best of the bunch the silverado hands down!!!

Pros:
Very nice overall.
Cons:
Burns gas if your not carefull. Somewhat weak transmission.

Good truck. Lasts 250,000 miles if taken care of maybe longer.

Great looks. Rides like a Caddy. Better than a car... Put on 36,000 miles just last year all over the country, love it...

Pros:
The best vehicle I have owned. Thru mulitiple Alaskan winters to mid-west heat - it tows, hauls, handles, and goes off-road with incredible versitility.
Cons:
I have no dislikes of this vehicle.
Overall review:
I give this truck a 10. It had a wide range of capabilities and great dependibility.

Pros:
Great truck! We bought it new and now it has 200,000 miles on it! Great gas mileage for a truck almost 20 mpg average. Tows my boat like nothing.
Cons:
The only problem we've ever had with this truck is the alternator needed to be rebuilt.
Overall review:
200,000 miles and still going strong definitely a dependable long lasting truck. Take good care of it and it will take good care of you.
