Reliable, cheap used car

Pros:
Relatively good gas mileage, hold up well for it's age, decent power for a 4 cylinder.
Cons:
Requires constant attention, as with any GM car, you have to monitor everything and try to catch it BEFORE it goes wrong or you're in trouble.
Overall review:
I received this car as a gift from my aunt who wanted to upgrade to a new car. At 160,xxx miles it had its fair share of maintenance issues but after fixing the stuff expected to go bad after that long, it runs great! Would recommend to someone who wants a relatively reliable used car for around town driving, not for someone who is planning on putting a lot of miles on it in a short amount of time as it might need work quite often if driven heavily.

Peppy four cylinder engine, excellent gas mileage, styling, fun to drive, and RELIABLE.
Cons:
Absolutely NONE!
Overall review:
Having lived with my 2002 L100 Special Edition for over two years now (and 53,000 miles already) I can tell everyone that this is one heck of a car! The Ecotec 2.2 liter is peppy, and very reliable. The looks of the car are understated, but elegant and sporty in a European type way. The car still rides as solidly as it did the day I bought it - no squeaks or rattles. Interior layout is smart, well executed and very intuitive. Plus this car is a blast to drive.

Great Midsize!

Pros:
Standard features are excellent compared to competitors. Dealer service is second to none. Standard side airbags, ABS with traction control. Power everything. Under $ 20,000. Good luck finding that on a competitor.
Cons:
Exterior styling is a bit tired.
Overall review:
Beats Camry, Accord and others in this class hands down.
