A great car by Barry on 09/05/2011. Trim: 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, Owned 9 years.
Pros: I purchased the car new. This is the 6th corvette owned. This car is great. I've looked at some used C6 vettes, but none have been taken care of the way mine has. Forty thousand miles and the tires are still in great shape! Not the first problem with anything.
Cons: Needs an aux plug for ipod/smart phone
Overall review: Anyone looking for a great running car, a used C5 in good shape is hard to beat for the money.

Exotic looks, Musclecar performance, Reasonable price! by Stavesacre21 from Lima, OH on 06/03/2009. Trim: 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Power to Burn, Light Curbweight, Corners sharply, Active Handling, Heads-Up Display (best option EVER), Fiberglass panels, 6-speed, Driver's Information Center, Hook-free top/tonneau cover, Smooth lines/body, Mean exhaust/engine, Braking, Useful Trunk, Window Valet (MUST HAVE!), Highway MPG, Low stance, Looks fast when it's not even moving, Awesome heritage/following, Ages gracefully, Ultimately...well, it's a Vette!
Cons: CAGS (1-4 shift), Convertible antennae goes up for CDs(?), Still a GM interior, Window Valet should be OEM, Involved procedures to get under for oil changes, scratches scuff-bars easily on inclined/declined driveways
Overall review: With the C6 entering it's 5th year, C5's are becoming more affordable. Their performance-to-cost ratio is getting more reasonable for those searching for the next step up from a musclecar. With 350HP on tap and a power/weight ratio of a whopping 9.3HP/lb, you can be assured that it's a ride like you've never experienced. For the first time in decades, a useful trunk it offered that can store more then just a set of golf clubs. The manual top folds easily under the paint-colored tonneau cover without the use of extruding hooks and locks. A favorite with most Corvette owners continues to be the hologram-like heads-up display, which projects information such as speed, RPM, fuel and warnings directly onto the windshield. With a low 6th gear ratio, highway cruising can easily loft into the high 20's/low 30's MPG. Engine doesn't even feel bogged at 1500RPMs, nor at 5K on the other end of the band. If the economy hasn't got you down too much, you can pick one up at a STEAL right now!

THE American Sports Car by Nils, Florida on 05/18/2009. Trim: 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, Owned 2 years.
Pros: IT'S BEAUTIFUL! Fun to drive, reliable and the price for a used vette is amazingly low.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Overall review: This is THE American sports car. Chevy did good with this one! Dark red metalic, black convertable top. As we walk into the house after a drive, I always turn the light on and take a look........it's beautiful!
